Fixed my vehicle but stole items out of it.A fast charger was stolen & a gift bag that had gifts for a baby ( a bear & two sets of pajamas) were taken from the back seat and the gift wrapping paper was left in my trunk .

Extremely poor communication. Stating the completion date was in 48 hours and they would contact with any complications. Saying it was in final stages of assembly. So returned the rental car only to find out they didn't know when it would be completed. The components had been on back order ZERO communication around that.They will update you with text messaged DO NOT BELIVE THEM. They are fake or have nothing to do with what's going on with your car. The head admin who takes intake cars knows nothing, the currently customer service rep has bad information and is not being properly supported by the estimator or the body shop lead.Poor communication they we are two days past when it was supposed to be done. There statement not mine and apparently it's still in piece's with no one having any idea of an eta currently. Do to the other party not having insurance I'm having to pay the rental which since I returned the one through the initial claim and it's the holidays I'm going to have to pay almost three times as much since i didn't just extend the original rental due to poor failed and bad communication.Edit1.) There is no way to respond other than to edit. It’s George it’s at Stone Mountain. The fact you can’t tell from the description of the issue speaks to the communication between your shops and you fyi best wishes can’t wait for the kind of response you give everyone else hereEdit 2.) We are now on December 26th. Four after the owner asked me to reply here. I did via edit. He knows we can’t reply any other way, just like they put you on hold for an hour hoping you will hang up. It’s a week past completion date still no communication update or any form of ETA DO NOT USE THEM you will be POWERLESS they will not return calls or even on here. It’s all a lie

I had my front passenger side door and portion of the hood repaired at this shop. I also had my trunk and window repaired after a Dogwood tree decided to take a swan dive into it. It wasn’t even raining when it fell. But the poor tree was diseased. I brought the car in on Aug. 21st. I picked the car up on Sept. 14. I thought that was an extremely long time to be without my car. To their credit, it was ready on Sept. 12th, but, I had a few things to do on those days. Plus, I still had a rental to use. The work the body shop did was very impressive. My car looked better than it ever did. An issue arose over the deductible needed to be paid. My policy showed $250 for vandalism and comprehensive claims, but somehow the body shop showed I had to pay $750 for one of the claims. A whopping $500 more than expected. On top of that I just got laid off that day. One was a vandalism claim when someone scratched my car and the other one was a comprehensive claim from the falling tree. The vandalism claim was listed incorrectly as a collision claim somehow by the insurance company. I was confused by this as I spoke to them and explained I had no idea which hater scratched my pretty red car. Thankfully, I worked the issue out with GEICO as they refunded the amount in dispute making me whole. Jada, her supervisor and Shay Finnell at GEICO helped me resolve the issue in 30 min. So, of course, I was thrilled! I had another issue that came up as well, but Ryan Casey, a shop representative, worked diligently with leadership to come up with an amicable resolution. With that said, I wholeheartedly recommend Friendship Paint & Body. My car is a 2020 red Nissan Altima with barely 10,000 miles on it. It was pretty before. But after Friendship Paint & Body repaired it, it never looked better. I also love the cleanliness of the body shop lobby and restroom, and the professionalism of Ryan Casey. He was a pleasure to work with. Please give him a raise! Thanks to Friendship, my nightmarish dance with vandals and a decaying tree is over.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had dealing with car repair, and I have time today to write about it. This body shop was one that was suggested by my insurance company, so I figured it would be a smooth process. There was very little communication with us during the process. My husband had a hard time just dropping the car off because they said the insurance company only had my name on the service request and had to wait over an hour to start this experience off . We had minor repairs done due to an accident and inquired about getting a cracked windshield repaired, if authorized by our insurance provider. The windshield coverage was denied. We were told we would get a quote for the repair of the windshield. A few weeks later, with no quote for the windshield, I got a call that the car was ready for pick up, so naturally, I assumed the windshield wasn't repaired. I get there with my $500 cash deductible (because they charge an additional fee if you use a credit or debit card) I was then told that the windshield that we never got a quote on was done too, and there was an additional charge. At that point, I still didn't know what the price would be. I spoke with the manager who admitted that calling us with a quote for the windshield fell through the cracks, but because they start to tear down the vehicle the day the car arrives the windshield was already done and we would have to pay $475 (the cost of a 3rd party company) to get our car. We paid it and got the car only to realize that after getting home, there was a huge scratch on the opposite side of the car from where the repair was done. So, of course, we didn't think to look or inspect that side of the car. We know it wasn't there because we got gas the night before my husband took the car to the body shop. I'm not the type of person who would make a big scene, issue, or even demand restitution, but I don't mind honestly sharing my experience. I did call and leave a message about the scratch, but I received no return call. I suggest to anyone who chooses to use them, read the fine print, and take your own photos before dropping your vehicle off.

I never even got the chance to get my car looked at. I called and the girl who answered the phone mumbled and i could barely understand her. She put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on me. I called back and she was beyond annoyed. I aaked for her name and she wouldn't even tell me then hung up on me again. Geico recommended me to them for work, geico should definitely take them off the list of shops they send people to.

Don't waste your time or money. The front desk girl is beyond rude. I would have never expected to be cursed at by her while she rolled her eyes. Guess the name "Friendship" is just an act.

First off, Mya or whatever her name is very rude! Do not do business with this place. I called trying to bring my car in for repairs and she called back right before closing, with an attitude at that. I was simply trying to explain to her that my insurance company was paying for my vehicle to get repaired and the at fault party was going to reimburse me. Instead of listening and comprehending which she doesn't do well at all, she catches an attitude and was trying to down talk me. I hung up on her and she immediately calls back. She leaves a message saying she is going to cancel my appointment lol. She did me a favor because without even stepping foot into this place, she told me all I needed to know with her rude and ghetto ways. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! And I will be giving feedback Progressive about the way they do business!

I’ve gone to this place twice to get my car repaired. This shop and it’s employees do a great job repainting and repairing your vehicle to like new condition ! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

Do not use Friendship Paint & Body Shop. Very expensive! Promised minor body repairs in one week but took 22 days due to lack of follow up. They added additional charge above their quote and would not give me my car unless I paid the added charges. BBB
