Came by the store and they was closed got there around 1:50pm and set there untill 2:30pm still no one came to the door.

The store was particularly roomy, and was laid out nicely. Still no Switch 2 to speak of, but I know that isn't their fault- merch was in good spots to see it all, and I was impressed to see the amiibo figures were locked for protection! It may mean an extra step before you buy them, but at least you'll know they're secure.

Store Closes at 9pm, I got there at 828p & store was closed. The lady seems like she didn't want to hear what I was saying outside. I called twice & she never picked up the phone. I knocked on door & said hello I just called & she said the phone is broken. Not going to this Gamestop again 👎

They were definitely stocked up and a bunch of stuff, they issue I had was the two employees that were there did not want to help me and my son find the specific item we were looking for. Not trying to look in the computer nor at least help look through the few things they had not sure why it took two of them to check one customer out

I had to return a Wii game that was sold to me here that was actually too damaged to be played. Fortunately, the two ladies working there the next day were very understanding about acknowledging the problem and gave me a full refund. It was frustrating at first to have been sold a non working game and having to come back, especially since it put a damper on the night’s plans the day I bought it, but I really appreciate them acknowledging that and the refund. I’d come back!

Santa gifted my kiddos a console and we were initially overwhelmed by the world of gaming but GameStop has shortened our learning curve tremendously with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Plus, great prices on used games.

As a lifelong Gamestop customer, I’d recommend folks steer clear of this location and go elsewhere. The bulk of the pre-orders I’ve placed have arrived later than launch-day, and they almost never have the promised pre-order bonuses. And if you’re the type to just come and pre-order collectibles, be aware there’s a high chance you won’t receive a call and they’ll just put it on the sales floor.I’ve worked for this company, I understand how hectic it can be, but I also understand how simple some things are and this is just inexcusable. What is the point of putting down your money in advance if they routinely fail to keep up their end?

Best GameStop that my bf and I have been to. They’re really knowledgeable about a variety of problems and have been able to help us both out every single time. They are wonderfully friendly, too!
