Gotta stop trusting these shops as there hitting people with the craziest labor cost on top of messing things up in peoples vehicles. I’ve told my sister to get a few things done to her vehicle which I’ve checked myself as I am a master mechanic who’s visiting. After checking everything that she needed I found she should do a few things which of course like all shops they came up with a whole bunch of other nonsense on top of something I know for a fact was t broken or faulty. So be aware of what you’re getting done because if not they might mess up something else to get more money out of you.

This place is first come first served, Which I really don’t have a problem with. They appear to be understaffed at times which will increase wait time and task they can preform. And when asking questions I didn’t get a direct answer from the lady that appears to be running things,but overall they were reasonable in price and competent in comparison

Terrible. just terrible. The main issue is just rude on the phone but also they charge two different prices for alignment weather you've had work done or not. The adjustments are the same either way. I've worked on cars for years so take it or not they are bull...To add to the below posted comment I have been to this location before actually twice and decided to try them out again. Having two prices for something that will be the same adjustment no matter what is bogus and completely unnecessary. If it were other shops would do it too. So if you do go here, dont tell them you had previous work done and you'll get the cheaper price. lastly Ill add to what they left out in that phone call. I had the extensive work done years ago. The alignment at the other shop was just to check my alignment not to correct alignment after work done. My alignment is great now thanks to mavis tire off industrial boulevard in tucker.

I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever go back to this place again the two times I've been for oil change or tune up my engine light come on Heather's always lying telling people that something else is wrong with their car when there was never nothing wrong with my car when I brought it to them I had it inspected prior to going and have paperwork to show that there was nothing wrong with my car before I took it to them it ended up being one thing after the other every time I and they charged me for things they never did and I have the paperwork for all of that as well I am in the process of taking them to court because they charged me for things that they never did Heather accuse me of saying they messed up my car when I never said that I told them I told I had my car diagnostic before I brought it to them and there was nothing wrong with my car and I have the paper to show it that's when they got upset and Heather's husband said they no longer wanted to work on my car because they knew they messed my car up I have all my receipts from them and I have all my receipts from the new shop I've been taking my car to and I am going to press charges to let them know that I'm not the one to play with and I will be posting this after I go to court smh and I trusted Heather as a woman to not be used by a mechanic and she was in on it all alone the ring leader.

on **** I had taken my car in for my air conditioning not working blowing hot air They diagnostic test said that i needed freon I okay that repair after waiting (4hrs later the mechanic said that the air condition valve needed replace i okay that replacement after being there 7hrs i was told that they did not have the part and they could not fix my car WHIT NO APOLOGY FOR WAITING ALL DAY THEY STILL CHARGE ME $239 with no repair

I brought my newer year car in to get new brakes. Prior to bringing my car to Gecko there were no maintenance/ warning lights on in my vehicle. Once Gecko mechanics got through with my car there were at least 7 maintenance/warning lights now turned. They couldn't figure out what they did wrong. After two days of trying to see what Gecko mechanics did wrong they blamed it on my vehicle already having an existing problem that didn't show until after they did a service on my car. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE FIRST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED ON MY CAR SINCE PURCHASING IT A MONTH AGO!This is not the black establishment to support. If you want to support a black establishment I would highly recommend you go elsewhere so your car doesn't come out with problems that it didn't have when you brought it to Gecko!If I could give them O stars I would!
