I came in in the morning and got my haircut done but was not satisfied at all. The quality was hastily done and not great at all. I came in later that afternoon and Stephanie took care of me with a refreshed haircut and took the time to fix everything as well as giving me a few pointers! She really knows her stuff and is genuinely passionate about what she does! Thank you, Stephanie!!!

I and my daughter done haircut and during checkout I gave tip and hair dresser by herself took same tip again . This is not acceptable .

So rude! I was in a bad car accident and I can't wash my hair because of my back. I can't reach to comb my hair because my ribs are broke, and disc issues. She made me wait for a while,so she's can take everyone else. She don't know what I'm going through so I walk out in tears . She had everyone in store saying something to me calling me names saying I need help. I asked how long was the wait she said I had to wait until these other people were done, I was there before they got there. I came in only for a wash that's all. She's needs be fired ,was the black manager there.Way she put it as I'm not washing that white girl hair. Never again.

He ruined my hair. He tried to shave it in 10 minutes and couldn't do it either. It would have been better if I shaved at home.

Eve is the best stylist I have ever had at Great clips. I followed her from the Tucker location to this one. She's very patient and professional and strives to give the customer what they ask for. I couldn't use the online check in on 11/24 at this location but the wait wasn't bad at all, hopefully they can get that fixed.

Deborah at Stone Mountain was super rude to my kids. They started acting out because they sensed how negative she was. At one point she said she doesn’t take orders from children when my son was trying to tell her what he wanted for his haircut. Although she did a decent job cutting their hair, we won’t be returning to that location. It’s best she doesn’t interact with children.

Deborah (who is also the manager) is EXCELLENT! Her cuts are always as good as the very expensive salon cuts but cost so much less! They keep track of your last cut and ask if you are happy or want to make changes. Great Clips is a great value and I can highly recommend Deborah as she is the best stylist I have ever been to!

Online sign up process very good. Their system had lost prior visit records and didn't get name from haircut lady but was unusually quick. Luckily I just wanted a quick clean-up haircut.
