The Hampton Inn Atlanta/Stone Mountain provides a solid and clean stay with comfortable beds and nicely appointed rooms. The staff is generally friendly and kind. While the hotel is clean, some areas feel dated. Service can be inconsistent, with occasional issues like late check-in or breakfast items running out. The location is not very walkable. Most guests report a positive experience and would stay again or recommend the hotel.
I stayed from Friday night until Monday morning and they did not clean the room at all. I also said I had a total of 5 people to stay at registration and did not have enough towels for everyone. I had to go to the front twice to get towels. I was not pleased.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Dennis, the gentleman that checked us in, was very helpful. We needed a place to eat. He steered us in the right direction. His kindness was greatly appreciated. Thank you Dennis!

Rooms are under renovation but staff is excellent. The are is central with food and a grocery store within 15 minutes. The staff make the place a joy to stay.
