I have no problem with this package store.I compare them with other stores, Exception for being a neighborhood store, it’s fare. The customer service has always treated me fair, and I can go to other stores for reasonable prices. The problem with neighborhood stores we forget if you complain, why not open up your own (Urban) store? Or stop drinking alcohol?I give Happy Package a 4 star ?
