Chittick Income Tax (H&R Block) has been handling my and numerous family/friends taxes for many years. The staff is professional, friendly and responsive. Being able to email or mail my taxes instead of coming into the office is great.

PEOPLE PLEASE READ REVIEWS. THE TAX PREP GETS PAID TO FILE YOUR FORMS AND THATS IT! They do not help when there is an issue with your refunds like they say they would. I signed up for my money to go to my Emerald Card but a check was sent instead. I never received the check and when I called to the office I was told there was nothing they can do but call H&R Block Customer Service. I never received any update from them regarding my issue and when I called H&R Block CS to let them know that I haven't received my check that was mailed out FEB 22 I got all kinds of hang ups, repeating verbiage, no assistance. Finally I get to a Supervisor and all they can say is unless the check is returned they cannot do another other forms of replacement. I would have to wait until the check expires 90 days after the fact before they could send me my money via direct deposit. So just in case you don't know. If they screw up your refund you will have to make 46 attempted phone calls just to be told there's nothing else anyone can do and if someone cash it you're out of luck! I encourage everyone to do their own taxes. Take a class!!!

Ms Brenda Chittick eliminated my tax stress. She was very professional and helpful. My taxes were prepared in a timely manner. She expalined e every thing with me and made several suggestions which saved me from having to pay so much!
