I saw very stress this morning because my battery was dead. I had to get a jump just to drive home from work. Couldn't even stop at the gas station on the way to the mechanic. I called ahead and inquired about batteries, and they explained they would get one from an auto shop and install it.
The manager was great and took the time to explain everything in detail. He gave me options on the battery, and I went with what I felt was the best choice. Also got my oil changed, coolant exchange and tire rotation.
It takes a lot of preventative maintenance for an 11yr old car, and I'm hoping to squeeze another year out of it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience as always. Been going here for years, and will continue. Not to mention they top off my oil!
