Went there yesterday after being stung by wasp. Wasn’t sure what to buy, because this has never happened to me before. I asked for the pharmacist to get a recommendation. He was an older white gentleman with white hair, and a beard like Santa Claus. Very rude, and unaccommodating. To be honest, he seemed to be very miserable with his job. He needs to retire, and take his misery elsewhere. If he’s doing it to me, he’s probably doing this to others. I typically shop at this Kroger often, but this will change because of the experience I had today. Unfortunate.

I got to the drive through 20 min before they close to pick up something they were supposed to have ready the day before, I waited a while and finally the older lady that works there came to the window and just ignored me and closed the blinds on me LOL before they even closed. Girl it takes 30 sec to pay. Didn't even say anything. This isn't the first time they fumble stuff so I suggest using a different pharmacy. It's always somethin lmao

OMG
This is the worst staff this pharmacy ever had before. I had been client/patient for almost 16 yrs.
These new kids and staff do not know what they are doing.
Be sure you are paying the right thing. Check your medicines over and over.
They are so inexperienced that it is always an issue.
People are not focused at all!
They just respond non-sense or not, caring answers to basic questions.
If you are new here. Find a better pharmacy????????????

I have shopped this Kroger for many years. No more. Constantly out of stock; I haven't made a trip there in quite a while that they were out of stock for several staple items on my list. Deli and meat counter staff are either not present or extremely slow with service. I *used* to order pickup occasionally. No more. The last order was beyond messed up; it was picked from the distribution center and shipped to the store, all of the fresh items were canceled as out of stock. I had to go into the store and shop those items. I love the Kroger app and the Kroger brand items. I'm done with the Rockbridge location.

I have no idea what happened to all of the young men that worked there. They actually knew what they were doing. Now it’s so bad it’s like going to the Walmart pharmacy or CVS

This Kroger has all INCOMPETENT employees in the pharmacy. My lifesaving medication was delayed 3 days in June, 4 days in July, 7 day in August and a whopping 13 DAYS in September. Every person you talk to gives a different excuse and lies about why the medication is delayed. This last I WAS PROMISED MY MEDICATION WOULD BE READY ON 9/15 (1 day late) IT WASN'T READY UNTIL 9/27,13 DAY LATE. They do with all my medications; promises it will be ready by certain day and time, guess what? It's NEVER ready when they say, always 2 days up to week later. I done with the this pharmacy. I would minus 10 stars if that was option..

Pharmacy needs serious help. Used to get good customer service here but no longer. LONG lines and wait time on the phone even took over 10 minutes and in store even longer. Apparently not staffed for need. Kroger do better!

Terrible. I'm a physician and can't get through. Someone eventually answers and puts me on hold. Then they pickup again and put me on hold over and over. This was between 3:15 and 3:35 Aug 29, 2023. Management needs to address this. I am not able to check the status of a prescription I sent. Recommend my patient to go elsewhere.
