This store needs to train its employees to call the customer when pick up orders are ready. This is the SECOND TIME my WHILE DAY has been tied up waiting on Rockbridge Kroger to text me about an order that was ready and they never called! I will not be shopping at this Kroger again!

I hate coming to this Kroger…. It’s always something! If I could give this store zero I would.
Today…I used coinstar and the asst front end manager wouldn’t cash it for me because customer service was closed. And he refused to call a higher manager when I asked.
I’m sorry you got stuck working in the holiday!
That was for me to buy food.

Save time, shop and different store…I have been shopping at this Kroger for over 20yrs. This store was know for service. Not any more worst customer service, most of the employees have attitude including managers. I will be calling the corporate as well. I have to look for different Kroger know or public..

We use the pharmacy so we shop there sometimes. Today I was checking out and had to bag some of my own groceries. No one came to help. The service here is awful. We will probably be moving our prescriptions elsewhere.

People are coming up to me trying to sell me cell phone plans while I’m trying to shop sorry not shopping at Kroger anymore that’s obnoxious.

I’m so sick of coming to this location and self check out is the only option. All the money spent making it look nicer would have been better served on having more cashiers available throughout the day.
It looks nicer but the shopping experience is still crap.

This Kroger has gone to hell. Expired items - I’ve found stuff that is over a year out of date. Produce department is just sad. I seen more fresh produce in the dumpsters of other grocery stores. And if you need a shopping cart, better off just grabbing one from the parking lot. There will be none inside.
Finally, they will ‘open’ 3,4,5 registers, but will have only one cashier - I guess so their numbers are satisfactory on those ‘lanes open’ monitors they have…

Fried chicken and ranch bs were awful. Crazy crowded, Starbucks seating is in front of the door. We were freezing.

Used to be my local community grocery store. Now that they have the gas station video gambling machines, I don't go there anymore. There are many other options in the neighborhood. Groceries, not gambling. Used to be a family friendly environment.

Awful store, bad customer service. I tried to return a couple of items, this bad hungry corporation tries everything to keep the money no matter what! Record profits not enough! Publix returns no question asked with a smile and greeting. You guys need to learn from Publix instead of buying smaller stores and add more profit to your pocket swallowing hard working people. Merry Christmas.
