My experience in madrag is always pleasant. I wish the stores would offer bigger in-between sizes, like xl or 1x. I'm on the thicker side, so clothes shopping is a little different for me. However, the store offers a lot of styles and options and shoes as well.

The manager here is the worst. No good customer service at all. I went to the register to purchase an item and on the tag was a lower discounted price but was ringing up a higher price. She stated that somebody must have took the tag of something and placed it on there I explained to her that there are several shirts over there that has the same discounted price. She walked over to get the shirts and found out that all of them did have a cheap price she proceeded to say oh well it’s nothing I can I can’t change the price because they aren’t supposed to be marked down. She was very unprofessional and an attitude was nasty. I wouldn’t have mind paying the full price even if that was the case but the fact that you tried to accuse me of switching the tag and your attitude was unwelcoming made me not want to come back to the store EVER. They need to talk with her about her customer service skills it’s not what you say it’s how you say it!

I guess I’m late to the game and just stumbled upon this by chatting with a friend who shops here. Surprisingly, some really good finds in here, reasonably priced ,you will definitely walk out with something cute.
Store policy – no refunds, but a store credit only for returns. JFYI

Looks like they changed staff, no greeting upon entrance and had to wait in long line which associate saw happening and did not jump in to help, and no greeting at register. Silent transactions are so awkward.

Great boutique store. Found some Givenchy knockoffs boots here, silver, for Beyoncé tour , only $50! A definite steal. They even had cute eyewear and cowgirl hats! Great options, great price!

Anitta is super rude. My friend was trying to ask her question and she ignored her. Once my friend call her out she was tryna say she didn’t ignore her so I’m like cool maybe she didn’t hear you but she decided to keep going back and forth with my friend as she was walking away so of course my friend continues on with her so then I just ask Anitta to please do not indulge. So they finally stop. I come to check out they going back and forth again and she said she’s a manager but a manager should know how to be a bigger person so since she wasn’t I was and I left my items and told my friend let’s go. Like if you upset my Friend but you said you didn’t mean to I wouldn't keep engaging cause that’s just going to get the other person more rowled up. She need to be more professional. Then kept bickering as we’re going out the door like I just don’t understand you’re a whole manager you say …..so why not act like one . Other than that the other workers were just there doing their job they basically was all new. The clothes are cute. Managements is terrible !

I love this store! Everytime I come I almost always find what I’m looking for. Plus their clothes are different than the usual. Still a great place to shop but their staff is terrible. The worst attitudes and move extremely slowly. It took one of the women 15-20 minutes to ring up 10 or less items for the people in front of me and when I tried going to the other lady she rudely said that the other woman would take care of me. The other lady was the absolute worst, if you hate your job that much just quit.

The manager annita was very rude. I bought my items yesterday with the tag still on them WITH my receipt and she did not give me my store credit and threw my items back at me and told me to try at another store. They must take the store credit out of her personal check.

The new store manager Miranda is AMAZING. She handled a very tough situation for me. I was angry, but the way she handled the situation was pleasant, it INSTANTLY mad me at ease. She's the type of person that everyone needs running their store. Thanks Madrag for her presence‼️

They got a lot of clearance sweaters and sets for $2.00-14.99. You can mix and match. I will for their spring collections, will be better
