manager there would not let me add my line on told me i had to pay $130 for the phone due to her adding accessories on which i did not ask for i tried to return it they told me no when i told i never wanted it in the first place i contacted hr manger needs to be fired

This new arabica girl employees are no good. they over charged me and also didn’t get my situation fixed. they told me my service will be on by tomorrow. but nothing happen. so i took to different location and they told me those location girls are no good. really not recommend this location.

I had a hard time transferring service from one telephone to another. I called Metro customer service for a week without getting any help. I went to Metro in Memorial Bend Plaza and Mohammed was great today. He called metro customer service for me and in 5 minutes the service was transferred. I bought a new phone and he helped me to get the working the way I wanted. This is the first customer review that I have given. Thank you for all your help Mohammed.

Terrible only sales driven they only lie to meet there quota. I went to get a new phone and they added new tablet and they lied said it's free even though I am paying for the tablet and they forgot put my protection plan. On my phone even though she said she put protection on her phone.i am highly disappointed.
