Some of the vacuums didn't work but there's no note of it and the vibe from the workers is depressing...Other than that, my car is nice & clean

I would recommend coming on the weekend they have younger staff that is more attentive and provides better customer service than the employees during the week. I would give them 5 stars but the manger is never there when I want to make complaint during the middle of the week.

I love this car wash. Darryl was so polite and helpful I thought maybe he was the owner. My car looks immaculate, almost brand new I will definitely be returning.

Cancelling my membership ASAP…. I came here twice this morning 7:30 and at 8 and they were still closed …had to find somewhere else to go and pay more money when I pay monthly to use this car wash…. They need to hire people that will be on time

Sunday July 2, 2023 @ 11:05 arrived at Aqua Splash paid $18.00 got in the casr wash area the attendant tells me the soap is malfunctioning after they hooked my Dodge Charger I asked for manager he stated was not dare I asked for refund he stated there was nothing he could do. The whole car is dirty, no wax ,no Armour on tires, undercarriage and windows are dirty calling the bank to dispute the charge.

I joined YELP to share spots with the community. And I LOVE food!!! I loathe having writing negative reviews. Sometimes it takes me a couple of days, and some reviews I don't post. Price$8-$23. I chose the $23 option. I mean full Monty. Everything from top to bottom washed and waxed. Well, let's debunk that. When I went to the vacuum station, their was soap dripping from my vehicle. Dirt and yellow stains dripping and paint from my tire was chipped. Service:The tech asked me to put my side mirrors in. I said it goes in automatically. He then folds the mirror in. What's the sense of that? That's what I need cleaned. Equipment:Maybe 7 parking spaces for vacuum. Several of the vacuums have low suction. No additional sprays. The bucket with water is dirty. No point in the towels they have provided. Their is only one attendant and he is not pleasant. When it comes to an automobile, I'm not interested in giving it a second chance.
