A total trash company. Their products have become cheap with terrible workmanship. They lack any quality. The company then charges its retailers 20% shipping charge which is the highest in the marketplace. It comes in pieces, never in one shipment. Their packing has had a tremendous amount of mistakes, not sending proper numbers or assortment designs. How can they ever expect us to add 20% to our retail price? That is $20 on $100. And their prices have gone up tremendously, on top of the high ship and poor quality. I am done with Mud Pie. You all have ruined the best company in the marketplace.

I purchased ornaments on Nov. 15 and they still say they are in Norcross, Ga. I have called fedex and they say I must speak with Mud Pie. Well good luck there. I called and just put in random extensions and everyone put me on hold and hung up on me. I love their products but so disappointed.

I have purchased several Mud Pie items over the years so in general I like the products. But I have a question- why do you have a Baby Jesus in the manger piece and the Mary figure holding a Baby Jesus in the children’s Nativity boxed set? Normally Mary and Joseph would be standing at the manger looking at their baby. It can’t be set up this way with 2 Babies??♀️.

My item came broken, was a gift. Called numerous times only to be transferred to customer care center whose mailbox was FULL, and no one could even leave a message.Unfortunately, not sure where to go from here.

Do not work here.A severely understaffed business with extremely long hours and definitely underpaid.They are always letting people go while business is still going. Causing workers to be overworked.I've seen 15 employees leaving since worked there. It's only been a month.SEVERELY UNDERPAID AND SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED.

Do not work for this company management with the exception of a few is everything you don't want in a Manger. Unprofessional, plays favoritism and alot of egos running the company of course we are replaceable but who wants to be spoken too like dogs on a daily. But of course we make the company lots of money but the appreciation does not show. You need better people for to lead us.

Placed order did not receive all items but credit card charged. They do not answer calls nor response to emails. Will never purchase their products directly. Box partial shipment came in was not completely sealed and box damaged. Poor customer service the worst I've encountered beside Wayfair.

Super disappointed. I truly thought this was a quality company with a nice line of merchandise. I ordered a gift for my Mom of 2 of their paper towel holders. I ordered directly from Mud Pie. One of them broke within a few days of them owning it. I sent an email to Mud Pie's Customer Service Department. I attached photos and a copy of my purchase order and my delivery receipt so that it was easy to tell I had just gotten them and FROM THEM. They responded promptly (yay Mud Pie), but their response was that I needed to take the defective item to the store where I purchased it. I responded and AGAIN included the the docs showing that I had purchased the items directly from them. This time, they agreed to replace the defective item. At this point, I'm feeling good about getting this resolved. Especially since it was a gift. I later learned that the item they sent (directly to my Mom) had to have been a defective or pulled from the reject pile. My Mom said it was comical how crooked the rod for the paper towels was. Thankfully my step father is handy and was able to come up with ONE acceptable paper towel holder out of the two that were sent. I will not be buying from them again. I gave the "2" stars ONLY because they did respond quickly when I sent my request. Super disappointed. I truly expected better.

This is my “mudpie” bag that unraveled after one use. I contacted the company for them to honor their product. It was defective, it unraveled because it wasn’t seamed correctly , it was poorly constructed. They would not stand behind their own product and replace it. As the manufacturer of these items I expected them to be appalled that this happened, but nope they were cavalier about it. Mudpie Could have cared less. They refused to replace it. I no longer consider Mudpie products to be of any quality. I think people should know that this is how they will be treated by “mudpie”, not what the company writes in their ads. Buyer beware

I bought a pair of matching mother and daughter necklaces for Mothers day out of the gift shop at the hospital where I work. When at home and it was time to open the gift both necklaces were broken. I submitted a request online about this and it took 2 weeks for anyone to respond after my second email. They will not replace the necklaces. I will not ever buy their products again and yes I am spreading the word of such poor customer service.
