Everything was amazing at the nail shop. I absolutely adore Tracy and her crew working on my nails. I mean look at them. Arenāt they cute!! I know that the nail shop had some rough times but Iāll say this is the best nail shop ever!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get their nails done!

I absolutely love this place!!!! Tiffany is the best! She always gets my vision and brings it to life on my nails. I started off with a basic manicure but transitioned into color super quick. Check out her work on IG at Woody_nails_it!!!

I went here last week bc itās not far from my house and the reviews were decent. They were clean inside but as far as aesthetically pleasing, no but thatās ok! The man doing my pedicure totally ruined my nail shape, Iām HUGE on that, especially on my feet. He really put NO effort. I ended up them cutting down, reshaping them at home on my own. My manicure is terrible, the gel polish starting chipping within 3 days!!! The pictures shown are literally day 7. I have to go get my nails down tomorrow bc these look terrible. Iām so pissed with my nailsā¦

Service was great. I don't get my nails done often, so I'm not really happy with how they turned out after treating myself. Is this the new trend? They are bulky and resemble duck feet to me. The application doesn't even start close to my cuticle. It looks like I needed a fill-in while i was paying?ā?. My toes turned out awesome tho, they are so cute. I also asked for a matte finish twice and my nails are glossy.

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to! Very rude with no customer service skills. I called ahead of time to see if I could come in for a manicure and pedicure and they told me to hurry and come in. Then I get here they sent me down and leave me sitting for 20 minutes without attention All to tell me that they can only do a pedicure for me. Then they take a new customer sit her down and begin her service before beginning mine. Very very rude. I even asked can they use a new or sanitized tool and they told me "no" like whattttt!?!?! How dirty!! They told me that when I called, I did not tell them that I had acrylic on my nails so they couldn't do my full service. I'm sooo annoyed and I will never ever come back! They couldn't do my nails, but they had an extra person to do another service SMH!!!

I absolutely love Tracie at Nail Land. Excellent customer service and products. Iāve been coming for nearly two years and refuse to change. I recently moved and still drive 40 minutes for my service.

I am from Buffalo, NY and omg am I impressed while visiting the guy at table 4 and Diane were amazing like Diane brought my toes back!!! If Iām ever in town I will be back!! Very detail orientated and pleasant.
