PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!! As a first time renter this experience "living" in this apartment has been a complete nightmare. IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD!! The ACTUAL apartment is DISGUSTING!!!! BROKEN DISHWASHER FALLING OUT, ROACHES, MOLD, MY AC DID NOT WORK, CONSTANT BREAK-INS, WATER DAMAGE, BEER BOTTLES ALL OVER MY WINDOWS, HUGE HOLES IN THE ROOF, CEILING CAVING IN, PAINT PEELING, HORRIBLE SMELLS, BATHROOM COVERED IN MOLD AND DIRT, ALL OF THE CABINETS, COUNTERS, IN BOTH THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN COVERED IN MOLD AND ERODING AWAY!!! (This isn't even all of the problems) My kitchen cabinets had no bottom shelf because the water damage was so bad that the bottom eroded away leaving a HUGE gaping hole at the bottom that allowed bugs to enter the apartment!! THEN when I tried to address these issues with the property Manager Sheila, she tried to gaslight me and disregard my concerns. Only when I threatened to contact health services did someone come to check my apartment and even then the maintenance guy try to argue with me about there being no Mold and told me I was lying, while in the same breath Sheila told me she will bring some people in to clean up the mold. My daughter was 6 months old when I moved in here. I had to let her stay at my mothers house because it was no environment for a baby to live in. Eventually I had to move out myself because I was getting sick from all of the mold inhalation. Sheila and the rest of her staff are unprofessional! Sheila is a Pathological LIAR. She told me I had to pat $800 as a first time renter NOW when it's time for me to leave she's claiming she never said this and if it's not "in writing" she never said this. and refuse to give me the rest of my deposit. I wouldn't wish this apartment on my worst enemy!!!

Amazing staff and quiet neighborhood, Really love the play area for my kids.... Fast response time when things need to be fixed and lots of parking spaces

Management and staff are amazing and always willing to help. Maintenance is also quick to fix work orders. Overall they are very friendly and always trying to give back to the complex community with special events.

This is my story about finding Polo Club. I had been having so many issues at a few different apartment complexes I was applying to. Staff giving me excuses like “we’re short staffed… be patient with us… we understand your situation…” these things were said to me after a month of turning in my application and being promised a place by my move-out date, then proceeding to tell me the place I applied to wasn’t ready after a month. All of these inconveniences due to laziness and poor customer service skills. No one ever reached back out to me, never emailed back… all until I found Polo Club, or the true hero in this story, Keyounia. She was so quick with everything and helped me get approved and moved in within just 5 days. She is awesome and very nice. I Hope other people find this place if they’re having a hard time with other complexes

My wife and I walked in on Saturday 12/2/23, we met Keyounia in the office. Didn’t have an appointment but she was very helpful answering our questions, even let us tour a room. Office and apartment location quiet and clean!

As a resident of Polo Club Apartment for years have experienced excellent service from both management and maintenance staff management always willing to listen to your observations as to what might be happening in our complex and always surrounded by positive team members!

I moved in this month (October 2023) and my experience so far is great. The maintenance service comes quickly and the office staff are professional and polite. I would recommend these apartments to live in are they are quiet too.B Clark

I recently became a tenant at Polo Club apartments. So far my experience has not been a pleasant one. I’ve officially been here for a week. I moved in on 9/15 on a Friday. After getting my keys and signing all the paperwork I was informed the air conditioning was not working. They told me they would put in a window unit for the weekend and the new AC unit would be here on Monday. That didn’t happen. No window unit was installed over the weekend. Also I wasn’t able to have the internet and cable turned on because the apartment didn’t have Xfinity wiring. Which was crazy because they said that was the service provider. I work from home and need internet connection. So that was another issue with the unit. Long story short I didn’t get internet until that following Thursday. (Almost a week) They did get the AC unit installed on that Tuesday. On top of those issues, the kitchen sink had a leak. I’ve also noticed a roach or two in the apartment.The staff has been accommodating as possible but this experience has not been good and I wish I had’ve moved somewhere else. I can’t speak on anyone else’s experience. That has been my experience with this complex and it just left a bad impression on me. Stressed me out and I almost lost my job.

I went to the polo club last weekend. The location was quiet. Claire was awesome. Great customer service very nice. Showed us the grounds. Answer all the questions I had or may had. Nice to apartment. I loved, she have convinced me to move from where I’m at to Stone Mountain. I have referred another person near ,she was willing to help them as well. Shout out to Claire!

I lived a Polo Club about 3 yesrs ago. and found the Management staff to be helpful and courteous. ithe unit did have a number of roaches but I googled "how to get rid of roaches in an apartment" and found a three-fold action plan that worked great.I'm not sure about the safety of the area. When I was there a man was sitting in his car about 2 a.m. and was robbed and shot 9 times and the culprits ran over the victim. I was lying in bed and heard the shots. Thankfully I understand the guy survived. With a first floor unit I never felt safe after that.

MISS SHEILETTE is my FAVORITE !!!! in the front office !! If it wasn’t for her myApartment would have been a Mobil swimming unit lol i have been calling for a week complaining about water damage in my master bedroom that was spreading ,and kept on receiving reassurance that someone will come out and fix it under same day ..LIES. No one came ,i called today miss Sheilette had those people in my home under 18 mins with my issue resolved and called back with a confirmation of everything that was done and fixed she also is assisting me with getting my vents fixed that havnt been working since i moved into the complex within my master bedroom so i am forever grateful for her great customer service and her on point attitude she is really here for the people and not just for the money you can tell by her tone and how she got my issue resolved so quickly Miss Sheilette if i had a ring pop i would marry you lol !!! Thank you so much for making my day !! I really appreciate you for that !!
