I work from home and use it to allow hands free conversation. My company does not supply headsets. A few weeks ago I noticed that the sound was getting whacky, and I blamed my (company issued) 200 year old iPhone. Turns out it's the headset. I chatted with the manager, Steve, at my local Office Depot, and he said that in all likelihood the issue did in fact begin before my extended warranty expired. “This review would have been a one-star review if it wasn’t for Jon! Jon honestly deserves a raise!!!

I had a less than favorable shopping experience with Joselinn and the other associate (young black guy). They seemed to be irritated by being asked to do their jobs. Upon walking in the store, I overheard the two associates gossiping about the fact a customer made them stop what they were doing to actually assist them. So it wasn’t a shocker when I asked the young boy for help and he responded with an attitude. He begrudgingly went and got the desk I needed and didn’t even advise me of the rewards program. I only found out because I went back in the store and asked Jon for assistance on what I thought was a price discrepancy.

Jon impressed me with his top-tier customer service. He validated/addressed my concerns, he explained to me how Office Depot rewards system works, and he didn’t all without complaining/or having to be asked to. Thank you, Jon. You’re the best.
