“I'm late with this review but Giselle the Manager was so awesome I had to keep my word. I love good customer service. It's so hard to find these days, I like to leave a review when I encounter it. Giselle, was busy when I walked in but he was great at multitasking and customer service. I came in to ask questions; (I really was going to get a burher next door) ??? He made time to assist me promptly while making sure the other customer was still being served. He was awesome. I wound up getting new service and an upgrade because he gave a good presentation & with service. Keep up the good work! ?? Need a new phone without the expensive bill? Go see Giselle at Metro PCS.”
