I have a busy day I dropped some one in memorial drive and decide to change my oil as I have more than hour for my next pick up. They changed my oil and also he showed me my cabin air filter and engine air filter need change I said ok and paid $124 for all, I went to start my car and it did not start I come back in and asked him what do you do to my car it isn’t starting he refused to come and check it he said I don’t know I changed your oil that is it . We argued a lot and finally he come to check it and tells me to sit I waited hours my be 2-3 hours as they were taking care of every new person that comes, finally they start it and give me but when I went home it is not starting again. So I don’t know what they did to my car, any one with the same issue in this shop please contact we can sue them together I called different lawyers they said I first should check if there is any one with same issue.

I only came here because my good friend referred me there because her OLD mechanic used to own the place. It’s been there for years. It has since changed hands and that makes sense, because this is not the service I expect nor pay for.I got my car serviced with an oil change in late August (it’s Dec. 2nd) and yesterday driving down the street my sensor let me know there was low oil in my tank.This made NO sense to me because I park at the same place at work and at home and have seen no oil stains in both parking spaces. Today, after buying oil from the store there was nearly NO oil in my oil tank. I still have another 2,000 miles before my next oil change.Make it make sense. No way a car is burning oil at that rate.Never had this problem going to my oil spot when we lived in Oregon. Car is in amazing shape, well-maintained with no issues.I look on the receipt to see how many quarts they added, doesn’t say.I want answers Oil Pit. And a refund. See y’all soon.

I wish I could give this business NEGATIVE stars. The person, who I assume is the Service Manager, was rude, unhelpful, and watching the clock to get the H3ll out of there. He told me that they might be able to get to my car, but I'd have to wait an hour to find out. And, if after that hour wait, they couldn't get to it, I would have to leave it with them (not a chance). The shop was beyond nasty as were the workers I encountered. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! They appear to be all about the money with no concern for customer satisfaction! I'm shocked actually to see a few five-star ratings. Those must be friends and family. Stay away from this shop unless you are a glutton for punishment! This is one of those businesses that make us appreciate the other guys out there trying to be honest and helpful.
