Called in about getting my ac system checked and was told to bring my vehicle in. Waited 3 hours, and since they closed, i wasn't able to get my car even inspected. Will never bring my car to Pep Boys again!!

I had great tires on my vehicle and I upgraded my suspension and my bushings and ball joints and after I brought my vehicle here to get an alignment my brand new tires are wore out already and it's only been one month. That means you guys did not do my wheel alignment. My vehicle still drives the same as when I brought it in. I was told to not bring a vehicle to this Pep Boys. Another reason I know they didn't do my alignment is my brand new tires had to be replaced. They had the guy to call me that did my alignment. He tried to scare me playing thuggish. Some of us role in an organization. <--- that was then.
It's July the 4th 2025 now and I'm still waiting for pep boys. Respond with your legal teams number.

If i could leave one star i would. I won’t be returning here. Appointments made online aren’t honored. Associate at the front desk is very nonchalant. My eval was supposed to be 10 dollars, associate tried to charge 65. Quoted me 2000 dollars saying i needed a new AC compressor. Went to another mechanic and was told i only needed refrigerant which was a 350 dollar fix. AC works perfectly fine now. I won’t be returning here regardless of coupons or specials sent. Save your money!!

The crew stayed late to finish my service, were friendly and professional and I will continue to go to them. They were great at keeping me informed and offering advice on how to continue maintaining my vehicle.

Don't ever take your vehicle here. They are unprofessional arguing with each other and handling personal business before handling yours. They wrecked my car and didn't tell me to when I arrived to pick it up and I paid for services prior

I visited the pep boys on memorial Drive felt with Martin his service was excellent he made sure my needs was met the made sure he covered my car seer and mat I saw him interact with other customers and was impressed with his overall demeanor. Thank you Martin for making sure my car was done right.

Called ahead to make sure someone was able to do ac service. Told the shop I would be there in 15 minutes and they said come on in. Got there in time and they offered some lame excuse about “our tech had to leave for a family emergency”.
Complete waste of time - take your business elsewhere.

Timely. Fequent updates. Considerate of my time. Professional. Stayed late to complete work on my car. I was so surprised to receive a call after hours with great news. Now, I understand they can't do that every time, but I'm glad they did it this time!

Bad, worst experience ...I had never expected this from pep boys.
I was given a wrong examination report of my car and expected me to get unnessary repairs for my car done at this place ...I lost hope on pep boys. Not even 1 star worth.

Staff at this location was ok but I think they are trying to get people to buy tires by using unethical means. Perhaps they have a tire sales quota that they needed to meet. I went there for an oil change and they told me that I had a nail in my tire. I was informed that they don’t patch or plug tires but they could sell me one or two new tires. I had just had my brakes/tires checked so that seemed very strange to me. I was suspicious and so I went out to the parking lot and saw quite a few nail on the ground in the parking spaces. I went back and told the staff what I found. But I was asked whether I had driven in any new construction. I had not. It seems that they were trying to deflect any responsibility or blame. I will never go back there again. Please beware!
