Beware of this mechanic! I went to have my car diagnosed for a slow oil leak. He charged $80. He told me I had 3 different leaks. One from the oil pan, one from the transmission pan and one from the engine. He quoted me $287 to change the oil pan & $ 267 to change the transmission pan . I asked if the $80 I paid would go towards the repair and was told no. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion . The second mechanic said that he only saw oil leaking, no transmission fluid. The oil was leaking from the oil pan bolt which he replaced. No more leak for $70. This crooked mechanic got my $80 but they won't get anymore $ out of me and hopefully he won't get any out of you. Beware!!

No discriminatory pricing for ladies at Pro-Auto Repair. I visited Pep Boys first and they quoted me $14,000 for engine replacement, up-sells galore for services that I did not need. Howie quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle for only $150. Ultimately, the vehicle only needed some O2 sensors and premium oil. Good Man & Good Service!

When we talk about patience and attention to detail, this shop should come to mind. The mechanic Howie is not only informative he’s diligent with the craft. I couldn’t pass the emissions test with him!! Great work great turn over time.

Howie is the best auto repair man you could find. I travel over an hour just for his work and kindness to the community! He not only has great/ affordable prices, but my son also loves his fun accent and lighthearted demeanor. 10/10 Recommend this shop, but mostly, I recommend Howie for the auto repair you need 👍

Mr. However has always been a wonderful mechanic each time I have gone to his hop for service. He is professional,services quickly, and always makes sure that he is kind and pleasant with my daughter and I. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. USE TO BE GOOD UNTIL IT BECAME NOT. HOWEY did not fix my water pump correctly after I paid him. Ever since it has been leaking antifreeze. I literally had to take it back to him because my antifreeze was low after he so called fixed it. Now a month later it's still leaking. I got a 2nd opinion they said it wasn't put on right to begin with. He got an attitude on the phone and was super rude. I will never recommend him again to anyone. I rather give my money to someone else I trust with less attitude

I brought my car to Howie and he misdiagnosed it saying it was a clutch problem and to drive it until the clutch went out. When the sound got worse I came back to see if he could fix it. He was busy, but I would have been happy to make an appointment and pay him for his service.
Instead he took his stress out on me, I guess he was having a bad day.
I wish he would have listened to me and checked the car or let me make an appointment.
Because two days later the car broke down on the highway. It was terrifying, I had my child with me.
We could have been killed broke down on the highway.
Instead he gave me attitude when I needed help. He snapped at me and told me to go back to the dealer.
I tried to explain that I could not go back to the dealer, the dealer was dishonest and sold me a lemon. he had me sign an 'as is' waiver. But Howie would not listen, he was impatient and sent me away abruptly.
Howie misdiagnosed the problem and gave me big attitude when I returned to double check and hopefully get it repaired. Because of this I was put in a VERY DANGEROUS and frightening situation.
I am single lady, new to Atlanta and this was such a bad experience.
Next time your having a bad day Howie don't take it out on the customer, you could of cost us our lives.

Howie is the best. I expressed my concern with my car and that it was an emergency and the connector to the hose in my car was disconnected. Howie talked me through what needed to be done and told me upfront how much it would cost to fix my car.Even though he had other car’s that he needed to work on, he saw that my situation was an emergency and went ahead on working on my car. Howie also made me feel welcome while I was waiting for him to finish working on my car. I will definitely be going back to get an oil change, get my car serviced and tune ups.
