Dorothy greeted us on two separate occasions as we were closing our account after nearly 6 years. She was professional and extremely helpful in closing out our account. The lady is an absolute jewel and Public Storage is lucky to have such a person on staff. We have enjoyed having a storage facility with Public Storage and will be back in future if need arises

I went into the Public Storage location on 1844 Mountain Industrial Blvd.I was greeted by Dora and she was very nice and pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and tooken care of before I left the store. She represents your company well.

Miss Dorothy is great always riding that cart and she always greets me with a smile and keeping up the grounds and she does a great job !!

I had issues setting up my account online and ended up going to the property. Dorothy greeted me with kindness and was happy to assist me. While setting up my account we talked and she was such a pleasure. She informed me of the app and was willing to guide me in setting up the app. Dorothy represents Public Storage very well and she is a definite keeper!

I love Dorothy- she’s the perfect person to represent your company. We have 5 units between my personal and our company. I set these up incorrectly between entities- she was so patient and helped me with each individual unit to make them correct. Never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, and I enjoyed the time because she was so real.Well done!!

Office and property manager, Dorothy… what a pleasure!! To have someone who knows how to speak to you who listens and tries her best to work with you.. With any issue you may have.. Very professional..Excellent customer service skills.. if she says she’s going to do something she is going to do it and I greatly appreciate that especially when you have been a customer since 2019… only if we had more managers such as Dorothy in this world, it makes your experience so much!!!!
