I just moved here from another state and had to choose the option of renting to get things started again in life! Ernie is really a great salesperson and he kept his word regarding my order and delivery! He would not allow me to choose anything that was not satisfactory! His motto is “I will not put anything in your home I wouldn’t put in mine!” The delivery guys were respectful and worked really hard to make sure I was happy! Great group of guys and very professional!!

Never again in my life! This company messed up my account trying to be slick! I even call to make a payment over the phone, but who about to wait a hour on hold to make a payment?Then come baming on my door about to kick it in scaring my kids! Saying they gone call the police! Rent A center gone have to rent a casket if the scare my kids again...we are fleeing a domestic violence relationship I don't need anyone at my door kicking and yelling they gone call the police because they messed up my account..call this morning as well! I don't want to deal with this store or the employees that work here..Please have corporate to reach out A.S.A.P

This Stone Mountain store is the worst. I have dealt with the Columbia dr store in the past with no problem so I know this is specific to this store 5890. I first ordered a sofa and spoke with a female regarding a washer. I thought mine was going out turns out it wasn't...when I went to make a payment, I noticed the female had added the washer without consent and was at that time showing up past due...now mind you I haven't signed an agreement or received anything. How is she able to do this? After calling corporate in Texas I finally got the washer removed. I recently paid off the sofa, so the other day I get a call from a female Tankia/Tasha...not sure asking would I like something else...I answered "I'm interested in an area rug...she sends me a picture I say it's nice how much she gives me a rough estimate, which seems to high so I reply I will call you back...I guess you know I have been sent a rental agreement in my email and the app says I'm past due on renewal...again I ask how are these people able to do this, as I'm looking through the comments. It seems I'm not the only one. This place needs a massive overhaul, and a replacement with professionals that know how to run a business. This is not it. Find another store.

This place is a poor excuse of a business. Very unorganized and very maniacal tactics to take money out of your bank account even when you haven’t received the appliances you applied for and paid for. My experience was very unsatisfactory. I never received my items and they continued to take money even after i disconnected my bank and ask multiple employees to terminate my contract. A very infuriating situation and transaction overall would never use again. And i prompt you guys to share my sentiment and find alternative venues to get your appliances and products from. It would be fiscally more responsible.
