Started out great last December. Now I get a flat tire and take my car back for them to change one front tire and patch a slow leak in my passenger rear. Come to find out that the last kid that rotated my tires had actually cross threaded my wheel lugs or over torque them and couldn't get the nuts off. How about I had to drive back home 5 miles on a flat tire because their techs aren't properly trained. This all could have been avoided by first, starting the lug nut by hand ✋️ and then tightening with a torque wrench 🔧, which they probably dont even use. Going to miss a few days of work because of your emploess incompetence. Not good, Mr Reggie, new Store Manager.

Really nice store! I've passed this store for years, never stopped by until last week, found what I was looking for, the Manager Reggie made sure I was pleased with my purchase, explained the contract thoroughly, Stephen got the original rims and replacement Rims quickly and before I realized it he was finished and I was on my way 👏!!! I purchased tires and rims from raw wheels and tires at the Memorial Drive location. The entire staff is amazing. The techs Steph and Ken are the best whatever goes wrong with my tires and rims they get me right every time. I definitely would recommend this location if anyone is looking for tires and rims.
