Stood in line with one register open. The cashier appear3d confused. I was there third person in line. About ten to fifteen minutes later, a person that was about twelfth in line asked the Loss Prevention person to call someone else. About five minutes later, as I was leaving everything that I intended to purchase on the other register, someone came from the back and said next as I was walking out the door frustrated without making a purchase. Stay away from this particular store.

Rene needs to reevaluate her customer service skills as a manager. Her interaction with the customer at the front was DISGUSTING. The fact the security even laughed at her and called her rude as well is WILD. Hope she has the day she deserves.

Typical neighborhood Ross. Mish-mosh of items, styles and brands. Clothes miscategorized (wrong size, wrong style) in Women's section. Not as bad as Snellville location though. Shelves were pretty organized in the home department though. Inventory seemedvreally low on this day. (Wednesday) Feels more like a Goodwill than a department store. Staff seemed disinterested and bored. 2 cashiers moved through customers pretty good.
If you're looking for a treasure hunt kind of shopping experience with low prices for decent quality items and don't care about customer service, I would recommend this place.

Shay who works the register was very rude to my client and I today. She told her the total but we asked again because we didn’t hear her and she proceeded to say you didn’t hear me! 73.24! I was like ohhh so I guess you not having a good day today? She said I’m having a wonderful day actually. I’m like I can’t tell. Moral of the story don’t go to shay line because she will be upset if she has to repeat herself. Shay Shay Shay

Renae is awesome she went above and beyond. The store always clean and organized as well. I love this place. Renae needs to train others because she is awesome and explains things very well and will kick in and help if needed.

Horrible, untrustworthy store. If you have to visit this Ross, check your electronics before leaving the store. I purchased a JBL speaker from them around Christmas to gift to someone. I removed all tags and wrapped it only to find out on Christmas that it was the version released before the one I paid for/the one that is advertised on the box. I was looking for somewhere to post the pictures. I received a JBL Charge 3 but was led to believe that I was purchasing a JBL Charge 4. Please only visit if you have no other choice. If you want to feel cheated out of your money shop here.
