I walked into Sherwin-Williams N. Deshon location in Stone Mountain and although they were about to close, there was a customer being served. The door was still open.
There, I walked in and asked the rude yong lady if I could ask a question.
She rudely said, “yes it needs to be quick”. I said never mind and walked out.
Good Customer service is a must for me. I can spend my money where I am respected and buy 10 gallons of paint from a different store with better customer service.

My first time at Sherwin Williams and Associate Wesley was very rude. I was the only one in the store and had a few questions and he was really sarcastic. The cashier Trani I believe thats her name did not have any customer service skills. When I was conversing with her in a friendly manner, because i am sociable, She was not friendly and acted if she did not want to be at work. I live in the community and spend my money in the community. If you do not like your job , find something that makes you happy. I was not satisfied with the service.

Associate Chris was very attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in until he checked me out with my paint samples. He was patient with me as I was overwhelmed with all the shades of white and gray from which I had to choose. I’d definitely come back for my painting needs.

I came to Sherwin-Williams to buy paint for the exterior of my home. The paint is very good quality. Yes, it is going to be a little expensive.The individuals that were in the store we're very helpful in deciding on what type of paint to use on the exterior. They also were very quick to get us in and out.

This was my very first time in this store ( Believe me I drove a ways to get there) as I needed a few additional cans of the H&C Pearl gray stain for a concrete project thats taking months to complete. No other store in my location had any in stock. Emmitt was able to call a few store and had 3 waiting for me when I got there. I was very impressed because I didn't know he was management until checkout , but I see why he was chosen to lead . Emmitt represent Sherwin Williams Paint Store with class. If you want great customer service and a person who will go beyond to make your experience awesome ask for Emmitt whose knowledgeable and a true professional..

Rude! Came in on Saturday and were not acknowledged after 15 minutes! No one else was in the store.We just left.We'll never return!!
