“I had an outstanding experience at this UPS location thanks to Devonta Stevenson, the General Manager. From the moment you walk in, his positive energy is contagious. His smile truly lights up the entire store. The store also smells amazing which is weird and also cool at the same time.
What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He took the time to be informative, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone felt heard and helped. It was incredible to watch people come in clearly stressed or upset and walk out smiling simply because they interacted with him.

I was in-and-out in 10 minutes! There is another UPS close by that doesn’t come close to this customer service. Highly recommend!”

“The people at Larpakan Shipping are awesome! From the moment they answered the phone they were instantly helpful. Their Georgia warehouse is based in east Decatur (near Stone Mountain), but they came to me in Smyrna to pick up my shipment no problem (small fee for gas). But I highly recommend there services if you're shipping to the Caribbean, Jamaica, Guyana, or anywhere in South America. Your shipment will be safe and likely to arrive slightly sooner than scheduled. Trust me - they'll get you right!”

“Staples is still a useful company when it comes to printing banners,signs and buying supplies for the office. This location also allows returns to Amazon which is a plus. My only complaint is the copy machines and computer terminal are either down or malfunctioning insome way. Beyond that the products are good and party city supplies are great.”

Davonte, London, Katrina, and Nimsi each bring their own personality, but they all consistently deliver top-tier service.
