I don't recommend this place within one week getting my jel nail done, they chipped on some of the nails they wanted to charge me more money to fix. poor customer satisfaction.

10/10 do not recommend. I only stopped by because I needed a pedicure and had a dr appt down the street. Something told me to just wait until the next day when I could go to my regular location but I didn’t. So for $40 the pedicure was so basic. I understand how bad my feet are. Ima driver and I’m gone majority of the time. Don’t trust stopping on the road. But the proper tools was not even used to do my feet. I thought that a scrub, massage, or hot towel would’ve been used. I can wash my own feet and paint my toes. But the service provided I couldn’t gotten done for $25. Yet I’m still a nice person and tipped. But I will never return again.

This is the first nail salon I came to when I moved to GA which was last year. After last night I'm never coming here again. How hard is it to do a half inch, square shaped full set with gel polish??? Because she was rushing, the acrylic is too thick and application is uneven. You can literally see dents in my nails. The shape is terrible and they aren't the same length. I've been getting my nails done since I was 12 and this is top 5 worst I've ever had. I was so angry, I paid and left. Didn't say a word to her. Today I went across the street to Nation Nails for reshaping. That's another yelp review of its own. Smh.

The owner name Vivian is very disrespectful and nasty. As I was speaking with her about her attitude I Google her reviews. Guess what? All the reviews were about her. I requested gel pedicure. She wanted to add acrylic on my big toe for a extra $5 because my big toe nail had broke off Crack watever and she said it wouldn't look right because it wouldn't be even. I told her no don't want it she got very upset with me. We begin to argue. I then shared with her about her reviews and what people were saying about her. She responded I don't care. I was so mad and disappointed. I will never ever come here again to be treated by someone who's a owner of their business and tell u they don't care.

So first, as a grown man, mind your business. Second all online they have 9am as their open time but actually open at 10 and the 9 is "before covid". Online versus store hours don't match. Everyone was just staring, service was slow, and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all.

My mother recent went to this location at approximately 3:40pm on 06/17/2023. She was denied services and was advised they were closed today and tomorrow. When we called the location as we left they advised there ARE open until 8pm. As a colored women I felt discriminated against and it truly hurt my mothers feelings. I do not recommend anyone to receive services from this location. I hope other people have better experiences then we did.

Did not like their customers service they don’t greet u when u come in and it’s crazy because I was recommended to come to this place and It wasn’t what I expected I mean the lady who did my toes it came out good but I rather spend my money on somewhere with better customer service point blank
