Great customer service, fair pricing and helpful information! I got the oil changed in my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. I received a free tire rotation! I also got the battery replaced in my key fob. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere while I waited for my vehicle. This is my new automotive shop!

Honestly this was my first time going to STS Automotive. And an O’Reillys employee recommended them. I was so happy when I left. I was having ‘shaking when I brake’ problems. He gave me quote and I was nervous because I have rebought parts from previous mechanics and still remained with same problem. He fixed, test drove it and saved me some money in the process. I rate 10/10. Thank you again! And see you soon.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! my car was stolen from the shop parking lot after being looked at! The owner was very rude and not helpful at all.. Refused to show cameras! very rude and disrespectful. steve also is talking badly about me to multiple people accusing me of stealing my own car... if you want to get mistreated and taken advantage of hes your guy!
update: i reached out to him multiple times on multiple days and was not able to reach him until a week later. the owners response proves that you should beware !! it is my fault that my car was stolen off his property!

I’ve been to this shop twice and both times I’ve gotten excellent service. Mapp has a warm and welcoming presence. He gives updates as the car is being worked on. His mechanic Stevon makes sure I understand what is going on with the car and provides a great breakdown of parts and prices. Did I mention they were quick? I was hunkered down in the waiting room, getting some work done and before I knew it, my car was ready to go! I trust these two with my car and will be returning.

Stevon is a Professional, Honest, Knowledgeable mechanic. No surprises when it comes to payment. My 2006 Sante Fe Hyundai would not be functioning well without his proper maintenance and good work. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I had just got a car from Carvana going to the test driving phase when the check engine light came on and off. Carvana told us to take it to STS to have them diagnostic and fix it through their warranty. That’s when I met two outstanding guys. They didn’t just diagnose and fix the car, but I can hear parts of the conversation with them, the extended warranty people About who should pay taxes and what parts and labor cost, and to hear your mechanic fight with the service that pays them to save you a few dollars. If I ever have any other questions or concerns about my vehicles, I will start using their services in the future.
