WLC is a very supportive, safe space for anyone who wants to feel empowered about losing weight and learning effective ways to nourish and move the body. #TheWeightLossConnection got my me back on track for losing weight. The supportive community, nutrition guidance and small exercise class size makes it easier to stay focused. They are teaching me new eating habits instead of dieting. That is making all of the difference!

WLC gave me the push to start my weight loss journey! I lost 28 pounds within the 6 weeks challenge and learned how to prepare healthy meals. Lots of support when it comes to accountability and work out classes were fun. I feel healthy inside and out!
