“I am really big on Customer Service and being polite Susana was amazing. I called because I needed new rims and tires and lets just say I was not amused because at this point I had called and went to every tire place in the area. Everyone else was saying your tires will take 2 -3 days etc. She explained I could come and have everything done same day. Manuela(hope I spelled that correctly) went to get my tires and rims. I was out pretty quickly. Even though there was a person before me. I sat in the office and we chatted like old friends. I am grateful I found them because from now on they will be my people. My new rims are beautiful and my tires are great. Happy to have found them would recommend anytime. Keep in mind if you want nice rims you will pay for them. the selection of rims is chefs kiss.Please never get rid of Susana she is so lovely and I am so grateful to have experienced someone who actually likes their work and people. “One of the best tire services Ive received!! I was waiting for my tow guy who was extremely late. I told the tire shop that the tow guy would take an around 2 hours and the tire shop seen how close I was after receiving my location. So he decided to come to me and change my tire saved me $150 for not having to pay the tow guy. Stellar service will come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“i have been going here for tires for 3 years now, the prices are always great and they never switch up pricing on me. they’ve always had my tires in stock even when i got a different car and needed different tires than what i usually got there. they’re always friendly, always fast. i had to go elsewhere for a tire yesterday ONLY BECAUSE it was a Sunday and they’re closed on Sundays and I absolutely had to get a tire that same day. but any other time i need a tire? i’m going to KM. i don’t care if im an hour away, i’m going to KM. actually, i have driven an hour and 30 mins specifically to go to KM because my tire blew on me up while i was further up north. best believe i threw my spare on and drove straight to KM!”

“Straightforward service. Call beforehand to see if they had two of the tires that I needed, and they indeed did. Pulled up on them, and they charged me $80 per tire and $4 per tire for disposal. The price was a little more per tire than I expected to pay but they were close by and they had the size that I needed so I didn't have to drive all over town. The used tires they gave me were pretty good on tread but I have better. Condition of the tires and the price they wanted for the condition of those tires were my two reasons for the four stars. Other than that, two guys changed the tires simultaneously and I was on my way in about 20 minutes.”

“Excellent customer service by Pep Boys Customer Service/Front Desk Staff minus the major oversight by the maintenance staff which created/prolonged a very serious vehicle safety hazard mentioned prior to intial examination/maintenance request and required the second visit. The brakes certainly DID need replacing and the hazard could have turned fatal for a 10 to 12 hour a day rideshare driver for multiple persons. Disciplinary action is warranted as the oversight of an obvious problem while being examined by a professional maintenance staff is a sign of incompetence in a position where lives are dependent on the utmost in work ethics, in tegrity, and professionalism. ,”
“I have been coming to this store for about four years. All of my cars have the lifetime front end alignment so I’m there whenever I have a new set of tires or hit a large bump just to make sure everything is OK. I brought my and my son’s SUV’s to the store to swap the rims on our vehicles with each other, which included changing our tires on the individual rims, we were swapping out. Somehow, while removing two of the tires from the rims, the tires were damaged beyond repair. I suspect that was a training issue, however, after speaking with Derrick The manager. He inspected the tires and concluded correctly that it was nothing wrong with the tires before the swap. But the procedure that was used to remove the tires from the rim. Without any hassle, he made good in replacing my damaged tires.(Which were fairly new) With Firestone equivalent new tires. I really appreciated his common sense approach to customer service and I’m comfortable in going back to the store when I need them again..”
