I would like to say Thomas was the best at finding me the truck I needed.

The customer service was good. The truck wasn't ready when I came to get it but to be fair I think it was a multiple step error. I got the truck in the late evening and returned after hours. The return process was simple. First time renting a truck. I would say it went ok.

1800 uhal always get the job done. Customer service always nice over the phone vs stores and uhal buildings.
