The lady that was in there is so rude to my mother and disrespectful she should be fired the fact that my mom was mad and sad like don’t if you don’t want to help but I thought I was the only one but when I told my bestie she said that the same thing happened to them. There is an African American lady at the front desk with the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She was on the defense mode as soon as I walked in till I left. I got back to the car and looked at the mirror to be sure I was looking like a human being.
