I have the app on my phone and I’m not getting half the mail on the app. Left emails no response not I’m force to take off work and go to office and do a complaint

They said they no longer process passports here even though you can still book appointments online.

Very bad clerks are very unhelpful and unwilling to work I'm very rude to customers. I really hate this is the post office my mail goes to. The staff will go out of their way to be unhelpful it's like it's the mission statement of this post office
