Had I’ve seen these other reviews here, I would’ve never came to this location. Worst service I’ve ever had when it comes to a post office! I literally had to wait about 40 minutes just for them to take care of my needs….two cashiers, and the line was not moving… One older lady in line tried to get some answers, and she was shut down very quickly by one of the cashiers…line was long and the customers were heated. I will never come back to this location again! Horrible experience.

Very bad clerks are very unhelpful and unwilling to work I'm very rude to customers. I really hate this is the post office my mail goes to. The staff will go out of their way to be unhelpful it's like it's the mission statement of this post office

This is so crazy !!!!!!!!!!!! I came yesterday 10 mins before they close to mail a simple pack off and then today … they close at 2 pm
Arrrive at 1:35 pm they locked the door !!! And said they are short staff this needs to be reported !!! They are so unprofessional here !
Please go somewhere else !!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keisha was an absolute sweetheart. After giving me permission to pick up my package that was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. Tracking number and id were provided only to be rejected by Diane. Her arrogance and unprofessionalism was unacceptable. She refused to help, by calling Keisha who had the day off which would have clarifed the situation nor did she call the other supervisor William who Diane stated did not want to come to the front to help resolve the matter at hand. The machine was broken so I was not able to buy or pay for a stamp or envelope. I left with disappointment and disbelief. These employees need better training. Live is too short

how in the hell are y'all still delivering mail without repairs at 1700 weatherly our mail has been missing and sometimes it's opened already I ask for repairs for 2years now. It's personal now so I gotta holla at your boss boss boss watch this

I wish I can give a zero to displace. People are so rude. They don’t even look at you. I make an appointment for my passport after making an appointment. I just got here and the lady talking about. Where are you going? Would I even say good morning good afternoon none of that. Just just ghetto. Don’t come in here. Please save your time. Do not make an appointment to come here for your passport or nothing like that. These reviews are real. I wish I can give them a zero and I wish that somebody can do something about this because people make an appointment online and they don’t call you. They will just cancel the appointment by telling you well there is not enough people we show the staff you go find somewhere else. This is a garbage place. People are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and all of it

Post master here is on a power trip. Trying to intimidate me out of filling a complaint against a carrier who is cooco for coco puffs.
