I honestly don’t know what is going on at this Stone Mountain location! The management is horrible! The way they talk to the workers is disgraceful. I called to speak to the morning supervisor about my missing package and was told she was too busy to give me any information on my missing package? Like what do you mean? Just bad customer service!

This is BY FAR one of the worst USPS locations. Thier machine is down, the line is always long, and they usually only have 1 person working. The 1 person is always slow and attitudinal.

Please explain to me why a package was stolen out of my mothers mailbox soon As it was scanned delivered on the 17 of April and the postal carrier took it out of the mailbox. This makes no sense at all. It is not that hard to just deliver mail and make sure the clients get them mail that’s supposed to be delivered that day. Why is it that mail carrier are always stealing customer packages. Their job is not that hard to do. If this problem is not fixed, the post office will definitely be put on blast on the Channel 2 news.

Truly one of the worst experiences. They continued to return my package to he original sender because they thought my newly purchased house was vacant. They did not bother to check the mailbox where I personally wrote, “not vacant”

Best USPS in the Atlanta area. They are always kind and have a great attitude. I genuinely enjoy dropping off my packages there, they are always super helpful and quick. Only one I’ll go to now.

My mail keep missing since new worker started about 2 months ago or so, another postal lady told me her name when i said where I live a my mail is being stolen or opened… she said oh that’s Britney the yellow girl smh I was like damn her own coworkers even know what I’m talking bout. I need to move at this point but been here 18 yrs

I love this post office. The women are always helpful. I had one employee investigate my package and help me track it since she knew the warehouse it got stuck in.

Tanisia was awesome she went out of her way to help me save money and with a kind attitude even though I know I was inconvenient. I chose the wrong envelope for my certified mail and she helped me pick the right envelope and even addressed it for me. There was a long line behind me but she still went out of her way to make sure I had the best service.
