Horrible service. I am calling from a physician's office to phone in a prescription, normally I would have the option to leave a message with the RX information, however, today I'm not getting this option. So far, I have been on hold for 20 mins., after already being hung up on after the 1st time I called and being on hold for 30 mins. After a few minutes the phone will ring and then I'm quickly put back on hold, if someone instead of putting me on hold each time would ask what I need and then transfer me to the voicemail, that would be helpful as I'm also at work and don't have the luxury of being on hold all day. Ok, it finally started ringing and then hung up on me. I'm done.

The complete lack of customer service at this location is frankly astounding. I arrived at 10:00 for my scheduled 10:10 appointment for a flu shot. I left at 11:00 because not only had I still not been seen, I had not even been addressed at all by the staff. Lateness happens, but have the decency to to acknowledge your customers.

This location is absolutely horrible!!! The Pharmacy, Photo Lab, and the store it's self. The service is terrible and unacceptable. Today I called the Photo Lab. I was on hold over 11 mins. During this 11 mins I was transferred around several times. Instead of the associated working Photo Lab state she was busy and simply get my name and number and call me back. She asked me my question and placed me on hold where she ultimately left me. When the phone rang back to the store I asked for the manager. She got on the phone. She didn't bother identifying herself and act as if was a problem because I asked for her name. The manager who stated her name was Kelly was just as unprofessional as the staff.

If it weren’t so convenient, I’d never come back here. Dropped off my prescription at 10:45am. At 4:30pm I received a text that it was ready. I arrived at the store before 5:15 to learn that it was not ready. I’ve now been waiting over 20 minutes and they want to just shrug and say the automated system isn’t correct. How about over 6 hours later, it should be ready, automated system or not? Not the first time I’ve had a problem like this, either. Go to the Tucker location if you have a choice.

I hate this location. If I were not obligated to fill my prescriptions through Walgreens as my husband is an employee there I would never return to this Walgreens site again. Every time I've been to the store I've gotten an attitude. I got an attitude over the phone and I've got an attitude in person. Most recently I dropped off a prescription for a medication that needs to be ordered and was told that they didn't carry the medication so I should be on my way. Knowing better I asked the girl if she could please order the medication and she said "well it's not going to be until next week until you get it so you might want to go someplace else". And I said I can't, so I need you to order the medication and then we sat at the drive thru and waited while she took care of people at the counter inside the store and then came back to the drive-thru and said you need to get a prior authorization from your prescriber before we can order the medication. So you'll need to go home and call your physician and tell them you need a prior authorization. This is something that the pharmacy has always done for me over the past 15 years. I hate this location.

I would give an zero if I could. The manager Ryan is probably the worse person I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Dude this is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move away from here start getting my rx at a different location. It literally takes 30-45 minutes to get my prescriptions EVERY SINGLE TIME whether I go inside or use the drive through. Doesn't matter. Like these people must be on CPT cuz there is no reason that people should have to stand in a line of only five people for an hour. Never experienced this at any other pharmacy, and one time they even failed to give me back my debit card and when I came back to get it, they had lost it! I would strongly recommend getting your prescriptions filled literally anywhere else but here.

I requested a refill on a prescription on Monday online. It stated it would be ready on Tuesday and I will receive a email. I forgot I requested a refill and came to store on Thursday b/c I never received a email. I got to the store and the lady said I see your request but it's not ready it'll be 30 min to a hr wait. I told her I'll come back tomorrow and she ensured me it would be ready. Here it is Friday 4:32pm and the prescription is still not ready and said it would be like a 10 min wait b/c they're working on it now. I ended up waiting another 30 min. I like Walgreens pharmacy and never had this problem at a different location. I chose this one b/c it's close to where I live now but I won't be returning. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I will not be returning.
