Literally the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. So glad I changed my prescriptions to here because of the other closing stores. The customer service is top tier and they actually answer the phone 🙌🏽

I gave my prescription to them on Friday was told I would get a phone call to let me know it was ready. It’s Sunday and I had to call them to find out if it was ready or not.

Starting to see why CVS down the road closed…how do you compete with this store??
The manager on duty at 5pm today was amazing! Making sure everyone was taken care of. He even opened a cash register to ensure people got a short wait. The man had to have done three different roles in my maybe 5min visit. I think his name was Dontae? I have a terrible memory with names. But praying this man goes far, you just don’t see that kind of work ethic anymore.

I had my prescription moved to this location after the Memorial Dr. location closed. All I can say is I have never had my meds filled in one day with this particular script, but it was filled from calling in that morning and I picked it up that afternoon. I subtracted a star because I waited a bit at the window and no one greeted me just to say give us a moment and we'll be right with you. Otherwise, so far so good.

Extremely courteous and friendly. I needed drops for dry eyes and have mobility issues and she shopped for me and added this item to My prescription pickup.

The pharmacy manager here is rude. I am legally blind and was looking for an item. Before I could get my question out, she’s cutting me off and telling me I have to look for it. Disgusting.

Lame Larry from upfront makes you not even want to shop here. He is very dry and unpleasant. I asked a question about an item he rung up during my transaction and he ignored me then started humming. CVS, Dollar General, Walmart, etc are too close to be putting up with such poor customer service

The pharmacist in this store seems to be incorporating her own laws, And refuses to adhere to fed rules,
She ONLY allows scripts to be picked up 30 days from the prior pick up date and not the prescription date. I will be transferring next months scripts, just because it took 10 days to get my order in from the day of my doc sending in. Now she makes it difficult as I am have to make extra trips, I was out of my script for 10 days; And when it happens again I won't have the backup, I get all my scripts on the same day. Next month I go back to CVS. No wonder the store is empty every time I go in.
Corporate might need to address the head pharmacist immediately. Walgreens knows better. That is the pharmacist and the store is hurting from it. I would not be surprised if it closed. Walgreens need to check their stores more effectively.
I usually love Walgreens and moved and this is the closest store. Corporate consider this my notice,
When I told CVS the pharmacist
tried to steal my script. CVS was in next day cleaning house.
Walgreens... Do you care?
Too bad we can't zero this place. I see this issue has been ongoing for years. Every time I go in I am the only person in the store. CVS is killing it. Now I see why.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone in the pharmacy department is incompetent. the employees in the pharmacist and pharmacy techs has the worst customer service in all of Walgreens history. They do not feel prescriptions on time they never correctly do their inventory because they never have the things that you call for even if they tell you trucks have just arrived . they never have any clear information all the information they provide is a text message will be sent to your phone which is never done
