I’m a new customer. And my experience from this location has been a headache. They’re extremely rude. Their customer service skills is awful. Each time I’ve called I never get to talk with them without being put me on hold for long periods of time. I’m definitely looking for a new pharmacy.

Worst service. I have been collecting medicines for almost 3 months. They never answer the call, they keep you on hold for hrs and then repeat the same. I am so frustrated with the service, I have to go everything to the physical store to enquire about the small thing. Such a waste of time.

Don’t go to this pharmacy, they are so unprofessional and incompetent. It used to be my favorite place to pick up my prescription. But not anymore. I went there ahead of time and the lady told me my medicine will be ready in 30 minutes and then I told her that since I have something to do I will come back tomorrow. And she said sure it will be ready tomorrow anytime. Next day I went there after I gave them several hours to prepare my medicine. Their answer was annoying. They said we don’t have it here. They were supposed to find it and order it since I gave them time

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Works to ensure I have the meds I need and continue to check for drug interactions and works with my doctors to get conflicts resolved.

It was very busy at the pharmacy counter and they were short staffed. Nevertheless, the staff was efficient, polite and courteous.

I have called prescriptions in hours early. Each time I am told it will take an hour to fill the prescription, but when I get there to pick up the prescription(s) about 2 or 3 hours later, it is still not filled requiring me to wait. This is unsatisfactory. However, the pharmacist and the technicians customer service skills are great.

Real problem with them communicating with customers.My doc called in a prescription. However the pharmacist was checking on the computer. He couldn't find it.I tried telling him that it was called in.Eventually after a couple of hours of waiting and going back and forth he found it was a voice call-inJe should have known to lookup their voice-mail etc

Do Not go to this Pharmacy. They will waste your Time. I went here to fill a Prescription, specifically asked the person who took it if she needed my Insurance card, she said No. I had a 2 Hour wait is what she Told me. I waited got back to get my prescription and they are telling me that they cannot fill it because they need my Card and making excuses that they have COVID shots to administer. They are obviously NOT prepared to take care of other Customers and administer COVID Tests. I ended up taking my Prescription from them and have to go somewhere else. Such a Waste of Time.

Every body is languishing on these long lines extending deep into the Isles. How many checkouts are open? Not many and nowhere near what is needed. Can you call management to open another? No. Why? They hang up on you after the phone rings endlessly. Shame on you walmart!!! I78 Snellville store

One of the more organized & clean stores I've been in. Looks like the Millenniums are running the store with their ambitious & helpful customer service. Since my household & drop off locations decreased, I didn't have the need to shop in bulk. Yet, I was reminded that variety & quantity is easy on pockets. If I'm not mistaken 16 bags that the Cashier gleefully rang up & bagged neatly. As soon as I open the trunk an employee who was getting off helped me with the bags-even swapped out his gloves beforehand. Keep up the good service.

A very dirty store. I went to pick up my groceries at the grocery pick up where they bring the groceries out to you. despite being two hours after my order was placed , it hadn't even been started. Never order pick up from this walmart unless you plan on waiting all day. The lady literally came to my car and said oh i havent got to you yet, and proceeded to leave my car and me high and dry for thirty minutes while attending to other customers. Stupid and unorganized staff that needs rearranging.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I called 8 times and every single time they would pick up and automatically hang up. When I finally got through I asked 16 different times to ask if they had the TV I was looking for and after putting me on hold for 26 MINUTES, the associate told me to come on by. I come in and say I called about the TV and she looks at me and tells me they don't have it. I kept trying to ask questions regarding the TV and she continued to ignore me and speak to her co worker about her lunch. THE WORDT WALMART EVER. If you can find another even if it's further away

Easily the most professional part of this Walmart. Line moves quickly. Prices are cheap. Pharmacists and techs always have useful and helpful info. And the pharmacy area always stays clean and organized.

Horrible service managers walking around lines all the way back to the electronica and they only have four registers open this makes no sense coronavirus or not this is just horrible serviceHad to wait an hour to just check out crazy
