Store has gone downhill with rude employees who are constantly on their phone and you cannot get help.
I asked to price match an in-store item identical to that was online (Walmart's website shipped and sold by Walmart) with same UPC. I was denied and was told this Walmart no longer engages in price matching with any competing retailers or Walmart.com.
I showed the team lead the relevant policy on corporate site saying to price match Walmart.com and they refused. Would not even scan the item. It was not an excluded item. I was told the manager has instructed all team leads and employees to no longer price match under any circumstances.

I moved from Cobb County about two years ago because I got married, and my husband‘s home is in Lithonia. I’ve been coming to this particular Walmart and had no issues until the location decided to lock the cosmetics and certain hair care products.
I understand why they locked the products up I assume due to theft, but if that’s the case, there should be someone to assist the customer.
I live about 20 minutes from the Rockbridge location. I drove there tonight to get a pair of hair shears and numerous of other products.
I asked two associates to assist me both told me to go to customer service which was closed. The time was around 10:10 PM. The store didn’t close until 11 PM. I was told by the third associate that that area was closed for the evening. I went back to the area to see if perhaps they had left it open so the customer could help themselves but it was locked.
I was extremely upset because I drove 20 mins to the location and I have a hair appointment tomorrow morning at 11 AM so I needed to prep my hair.
I am a business manager at a luxury retailer and we would never turn away a customer. with Amazon and so many retailers Walmart needs to understand that they have to to do better by their customers.
I am very disappointed. Walmart, please do better by your customers.

I bought headphones in the box when I got home I found out the box was empty and I went back to exchange or return they drained me back and forth . Please open headphones boxes before checking out.
