This location deserves much credit and praise for remaining poise and professional during these times. I was greeted as soon as I walked. I had a small inquiry that could not be completed over the phone or online, and Pierre advised there might be a lengthy wait since it is appointment only. I opted to wait. After a moment I was greeted by Taylor; I explained my reason for coming in. After she checked in with those who came after me, she invited into her office to have everything figured out. Taylor was very warm, amiable, personable, calm, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. My time with her was nothing short of amazing! Please give Pierre and Taylor a bonus and lunch for a week--they have more than earned just that. Thanks so much!

Spent 45 min for a withdrawal, had issues at the ATM so I had no choice but to walk in. Attitude from the teller, even if they start off with a hello, how are you. Felt disrespected.

This location is very lackadaisical and uncaring in attitude. 4-5 employees will walk past a long line continuously and not get on a computer to help the case or offer a solution or alternative. You will spend a preventable 45 minutes just to do a simple withdrawal.

This location just seems rundown and second-rate. I'd definitely say the staff isn't enthusiastic about its business. They never seem not busy, if only because the service is so slow. The lobby also stinks. If not for necessity, I'd never return.
