First and last time at this location. I sat there 45 minutes and someone finally approached me to tell me they’re closing in 10 Minutes. I watched 2 people prolong their last guest until the last minute!!!

I’ve been coming to this branch for the past six months, and I can honestly say that the staff has improved a lot! My favorite person at the bank is Dre, the teller on the drive-through. His smile can instantly brighten up anyone’s day. The first time I met him, he completed my transaction and set up my virtual bank card in just five minutes. He’s always so handsome and just a joy to work with! Even if the wait at the drive-through is long, I don’t mind because Dre is always on the move, making sure to do his job efficiently. I just want to give a big shoutout to this location and its amazing staff! But most importantly Dre keep working we see your hard work 😊😊😊🙂🙂🙂

The worst Wells Fargo bank to ever use when you need to go into the actual bank for assistance. They never have bankers and they cancel appointments because they still never have bankers.

Jada is the Drive thru teller at this bank and I love coming to this bank when she is there. Jada has not stopped smiling since the first day I came. She is always so courteous, pleasant, and just a pure and authentic young lady. I mistakes her as manager by her professional demeanor and her knowledge.

I came in about a week and a half ago to deposit some coins and I had to get on here and say how amazing the Jamaican lady at the front was. She was full of energy conversated with me and had such a contagious laugh to her. I just had to come on here and say how amazing her customer service was.

This branch has been consistently a miss. WF closed our most convenient and best branch and funneled us all here. We were told that the sellers were also transferring although that does not appear to have happened. They are consistently so short staffed that the drive-thru is closed and the line in the lobby is snaked back to the door while the bankers sit at their desks watching one teller deal with everyone. It is so bad we were forced to switch to Oconee State Bank who has supplied us with our own check processing machine to process deposits in our office! So much easier!

Terrible staff and manager when I went in there on Wednesday to give them some new business. They choice to skip me and take two people who came in after I was already there. Manager did wrong. Yes they are racist.

Customer Service is not good at all , the banker asked me to sit only to be told he can't help me this is not his branch and area set an appointment another day , I asked him why didn't he tell me that when I walked in. Don't visit this branch!!!!! If it was a lower Star they would receive it!!!!!!
