I wish I could give zero stars ‼‼‼The worst !!! The associates. Don't want to do their job and the managers are rude. I was in Walmart for over an hour waiting for someone to come help me and electronics no one ever came and when you ask people are bad they push you off on someone else the entire store is just A mess ! I will not be going back there‼‼‼

Purchased a 4.5 cu ft, 42.9 inch tall Fridgidaire refrigerator online for pick up at Lithonia store. Picked it up last evening despite the pouring rain. Opened the box this afternoon and it contained a rusted, dented 36 inch tall Magic Chef refrigerator. We were too afraid to see what's inside so we did not bother opening. I called the store and was transferred to Manager - the woman who picked up said she is not the Manager and transferred me back to Online orders who then hung up on me. Lesson: do not bring home any item you have not inspected for this store.

I bought some crabs from walmart and finally got a chance to cook them. Unfortunately there wasn't no meat inside the crab legs. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. They have a customer service that does not open until 7am when the store opens at 6am. They representatives in Leadership position are not customer centric they worry about clocking in and providing the worst customer service. There is no signage to clarify for customers. No information on the website

The guys that work at the curbside pick up are liars ... they are telling people they have to go inside to pick up their orders when the email clearly says go around to the curb side and you items will be delivered to their car. They need to hire a better staff who actually wants to get paid to work !!!

Please dont ever order delivery from this location. They are horrible, this is the second time they have not delivered my groceries . They are lazy and very incompetent. They all need to be fired!!!!!!!!

They never delivered my grocery order at the right time and i had to cancel one order due to them not finding anybody to deliver it. I didn't receive a call or email that this was happening. I had to contact customer service to find out what happened because they never answer the phone. I reordered my items to come early in the morning. An order came but it wasn't even MY order it was somebody else's. So i had to send it back. After that My ordered still said preparing when it was so called "delivered". I didn't receive a tracking status or anything. My groceries had not be delivered to my address. This is the last time i will ever order from this store. I worked in grocery pickup a year ago and it was always organized. This a such a disappointment and a waste.

I have a lot of Walmart selections to shop at Walmart's are everywhere but what makes a Walmart different is customer service. I only shop at this location as a last resort. I can never get assistance when needed they have the spray paint locked down with a sign to ask for assistance but guess what nobody around surprise surprise. Then when it's time to check out the lines are ridiculous. Only 2 check out lanes available this is unacceptable! I shouldn't have to wait almost an hour to check out unbelievable... If you shop at this location prepare yourself for possibly experiencing empty shelves, no assistance, and long waits to check out.

The best part about this location is the convenience to my home. The produce and bakery section has a wide variety which I'm thankful for. In typical Walmart fashion there is usually long lines at this location and they have 4 self check out with only two working!

Slow, slow, slow! I typically do my best to avoid Wal-Mart. I'll only go out of desperation. So this past Friday, I wanted a particular item that was locked up in the electronics dept. I kindly asked the woman at the register to unlock the desired item. After several minutes of waiting ( I even tried looking for another employee) I just threw my hands up and left. This store should have enough sense to have more than one employee in each department. Complete crap hole.

I love shopping at Walmart but today that experience changed. I spent about an hour shopping just to get to check out and not be able to use my credit card. Every time I inserted the chip, it asked for my pin (which I don't have because it's a credit card). The employees told me there was nothing they could do and asked for another form of payment. I did have my debit card but I did not want to use it. Super frustrated because I've never had this experience at a Walmart before and the fact I spent all that time picking out my items just to leave the store without them makes me even more upset! Very bad customer service and they need to fix their payment machines to accept credit cards!

I ordered an item online and went to Walmart at Stonecrest to pick up my item. I waited over an hour for the associate to come to pickup. When she arrived she was very unprofessional. Not to mention, she never apologized for being late. This Walmart is by far the worst. The workers do not want to work there and are so disrespectful to the customers. After that happened I asked another associate where is the lemon juice. She replied, "We don't sell lemon juice." I walked down the isle and found it myself.

One of the cleanest Wal Marts I've been to. Nice workers. I prefer this location over the panola rd and conyers location. Checkout isn't too bad and the clearance at this store is pretty good.

We shop at this location on a regular basis, most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Today the customer service manager who checked us out had poor customer service skills but a man by the name of Raymond had the sweetest personality and made up for it. There is also a greeter I believe her name is Maria, she is always friendly! its a beautiful when you see her friendly face.

Ghetto. The staff were not helpful at all. Then the cashier in self service would not come and assist me. He literally helped 3 other people before me. Forget it. Totally not worth the hassle. The only good thing about this location is that they have stuff you would normally want and need but here it was on clearance. Ironically weird however that still does not deter my decision to never return!
