Dakota and Anthony are the best! I got there right at 8am and they were both super friendly and ready to help. The first car they provided wouldn’t be tall enough to transport my bicycle and they worked with me and offered the best service to make sure my needs were met. I truly appreciate how professional and friendly they were!

I love Enterprise car rental. I have been a long time customer of there’s for over 5 years. Chris at the Sugar hill store is 5 stars and Adam at the Chamblee Longveiw store is 5 stars. Both locations treat me like a valuable customer.

I recently had a standout experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car worth sharing. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and efficient. Despite encountering a challenge when the SUV's battery died during my trip, I bought a jump-starter to mitigate the issue. This ensured our journey could continue without significant interruptions, even on a Sunday when other Enterprise locations were inaccessible to exchange the car.Upon returning the vehicle, I explained the situation and sent the receipt for the jump-starter to the office. The staff was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund for the car rental and without any hassle. I'm truly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely choose this location for my future rental needs.

Great customer service when I had an issue with a rental I was able to get another one the we needed for our family vacation and we was recommended a mini for our long trip which my wife didn't want but after driving it to Florida and back we decided to buy one thanks for the hopeful employee.

The parking is tough. But the staff is amazing. The selection is also not great because I guess the (chip) shortage impacted their stock. Or some thing about how peeps are renting more now than before. Definitely would go back there
