“I wanted to give a shout out to Irlanda Williams one of the agents there. I had an issue where I was quoted an amount of $213 to get my coverage reinstated while corporate wouldn't allow it and wanted over $300 (the 50% rule). Irlanda negotiated hard and played hardball until they backed down and accepted what was originally agreed on. Give that woman a raise!”

“This was my first experience with this agent's office. They actually have a staff person in the office that answers the phone. I have been with State Farm for almost 30 years and I have noticed over the last few years that an answering service primarily answers calls, even during business hours. I would much rather talk to an actual staff member than go through a middle man who cannot help me. A "good neighbor" listens to you and talks to you instead of punting you to a stranger who cannot help you. I sincerely hope State Farm rethinks this approach. I also called another agent's office and they never answered the phone and did not respond to my voicemail, so they lost out on my business. I have not had enough interaction to rate this agent's office a 5, but I will give it a 4 just because they answer the phone.”

“Okay I'm going to make this short and sweet I never write reviews but Loren took such good care of me that I'm compelled to write of my experience. The cost of insurance in Georgia is wrong but no one is excluded so you pray you meet someone like Loren that will work with you and get you the best coverage for the least amount of money. Most agents are driven by profit, but Loren truly understands how the cost of insurance can be a stressor and she worked hard and thought through thoroughly how she could get me the best rates on my insurance. Here's the long story, short. I was with GEICO, 2 vehicles, Loren signed me up with State Farm, got me more coverage and saved me $1k off my policy. I love you Loren!”
