“I love the stay-in-your-car concept, but the customer service is what really sets this team apart. The technicians were professional, polite, and completely transparent about pricing before doing any work. They showed me the old air filter and explained my options clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons. Fast, efficient, and stress-free auto maintenance—highly recommended!”

“I usually go to the Express Oil Change by Walmart which is literally like a mile from my house. This was the 3rd time they didn’t have the right oil for my car. They told me to go down the street to their sister location (so now my 3rd time). I was so frustrated because I had waited over a half hour all for them to then say they didn’t have the right oil. I went down to this location and chatted with Kelian who was AMAZING! I told him what happened so when I pulled in - I said can you please see if you have the right oil? They checked and they didn’t and he said they’d have it tomorrow. I explained I was driving to FLA tomorrow and needed and oil change. He printed out what oil I needed and told me I could go buy the right oil and they’d change it out. And that’s what I did - I went right back, they changed my oil and I was on my way. Kelian was so pleasant and we chatted while things were getting done. From now on, I’m just going to come to this location even though it’s about 7 miles further. Highly recommend!”

“Kind and professional service, with no pressure sales (the kind of pressured sales from most other car service places). On this visit, the mechanic told me I had over 30% oil life left and I should come back when it was at least below 10% because I would only be wasting money.”

Reece the manager at the Buford Hwy location fixed the situation I had on 9/1/26, he was very apologetic and he took his time explaining everything to me. Reece thank you so much and Jessie thank you for everything you did for me.”

“Had to bring my daughter’s Civic in for an oil change today. It technically didn’t need one as the vehicle had been sitting but it was past the time, not the mileage. Regardless I am trying to make sure my daughter stays responsible with the maintenance. We were lucky to have Armani help us today. He was excellent and after checking the oil, he wanted to let us know it was still in good condition. I can’t tell you how much the honesty meant. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient….this is exactly why we have been bringing our vehicles here and will continue to do so. Thank you Armani.”
