Just had a terrible experience with one of the staff. My barcode for my body armor drink wasn’t working, she ignored me till I came to her register instead of self checkout. And then asked me to just grab a different version of the same brand of drink, after seeing the price was more expensive I asked if the difference would be taken off I was ignored. Being that it was only 20 cents more it wasn’t that big of a deal but that’s just terrible customer service overall

Walked here when i got a flat tire and bought a flat repair can product. When i bought the product i asked the cashier ringing me up if the product didn’t function correctly if i could return it, he assured me i could. Upon using the product with no luck i returned to the store to return it when i was informed the cashier gave me inaccurate information and should've asked a manager before saying yes. Keith misinformed me which made me waste $20 on a product. I drove my car on the flat to race trac where Darrell helped me get the air pump machine working as it was stuck on the vacuum setting. Darrell was very helpful on what he could do, which can not be said for Keith who conveniently got off when i entered the store to return the product which was less than 10-15 minutes. Employees should not give incorrect information and if they do then i believe it should be honored.Thanks to Darrell for the assistance and apologizing on his part.

The card readers are defective on the gas pumps and they do not accept fleet fuel cards.

Convenient on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Highway 20. That’s why people go. I feel like there’s a difference between walking into a QT which is always clean, and sharp, attentive, kind employee’s and a RaceTrac. It’s like the difference between a Chick-fil-A and a Wendy’s or a BK. Don’t know how you fix that. Just has that feel. Yogurt bar usually offline. Unfriendly employees on phones and too busy to help customers check out. Generally.

not my first terrible experience here, but it’s the final trip to warrant an honest review. just went to get their FroYo as that i had a wisdom tooth extraction today. first, there were 0 cups for it stocked, when trying to ask an associate walking by she raised her hand up and ignored us because she was on the phone with her headphones in. completely ignored anyone to speak to her. waiting in line, they had one self checkout machine on and running so we all had to wait and use it since nobody wanted to get off their phones. store was gross and food thrown every where around the rollers, bathrooms not stocked or kept up with. i saw at least 5 associates just walking around not caring about anything going on. and yes, if you’re going to close every night in the middle of the night, just change the effing hours on the door and online. don’t advertise as 24/7. good thing i have to pass here and 2 QT’s to get to my daily job where i have never had a problem at either of those places. no long will be stopping at this race trac. yall be safe!

Items never stocked, attendants are all lazy and open 24 hours isnt true when they feel the need to randomly lock the doors

Unfriendly & demeaning over $2.50! ? Tire air hose was leaking, went inside to ask for my $2.50 back. The young lady was so rude and said “why did you pay $2.50 when it’s $1?”. I proceeded to explain that the machine outside charges $2 for coins and $2.50 for card. She gave me $2.50 and in a demeaning tone, said “next time come inside to get free air”. There’s no sign saying it’s free. I left a note on the machine for other customers because I’m sure none of the 5 employees are going to come out into the 15 degree weather to do so.

Doors locked a little after midnight- and the worker didn’t even look up at the crowd of people at the door. Definitely not 24 hours.

A wild and gross experience. I come here almost every morning because its close to my house. The receipt machine at the pumps is always broken so I tried to make it better by getting a snack while I wait in the long line ahead of me. I got used to this happening every day. This last week, I noticed a smudge on the self pay station was still there literally all week. I put away my snack because I kinda felt grossed out. Here is where it gets worse. A special needs child behind me was reaching between the donut machine and stand next to it. I was trying to see what he was doing while I was trying to check out. The employees making pizza were WATCHING him chase a ROACH across the floor. He caought one and the other roach went to the kitchen where the kid left it alone. I almost vomited. His care taker who was elderly with a oxygen tank was yelling at the cashier over a couple cartens of cigerettes. The whole experence was terrible. I will never go back even though its literally right down the street.

Says open 24 hours and went in there was nothing available to buy and restrooms were closed. One staff member guy was cool. The female manager on the night of 8/12/23 was rude to my husband and said it’s 12 we can’t sell anything. ??? You are advertising 24:7. Never going there again.

Worst customer service. Shift manager “John” gave the nastiest attitude towards me buying 2 Red Bulls and 1 free. She needs to learn how to talk to people.

Went 6 miles out of the way to go to this gas station on 8/2 close to midnight. The clerk wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge me knocking on the door, so I called. She claimed they were closed but the hours say 24 hours. So annoying. Quick trip was open…

This location is so convenient, but the convenience is lost because there is never receipt paper in any of the pumps! To get a receipt for gas, you have to go inside and wait in line. This has been going on for months.
