The show was amazing from what I could see. I paid $180 for a “front row (VIP) seat”…first time I’ve ever been able to afford a VIP ticket.. There was no mention that this seat was a fully obstructed view. It was not advertised as obstructed. I could hear and see some of my favorite artists (Toad The Wet Sprocket/Gin Blossoms) from a side view but there was a huge truss. When I asked staff if it were possible to make slight adjustments to get glimpses of the show they said moving to floor level was dangerous for safety reasons. A magical night was turned into an unexpected sing along without seeing the bands I paid to see, only hearing them. I would have paid $60 for the cheap seats that had exceptional views if I was made aware ahead of at the time. In the future, save my money and I’ll just go to another venue and enjoy the show. (This effected at least 20 other people in the same section I was in…).

The parking lot that is really designed for handicap parking and ease of access to the facility was closed completely... for a CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT! Honestly, don't know how that could even be allowed. No other easy wheelchair access is available to the main level that has the splash pad, concessions, etc.

The sugar bowl has at least a half dozen different restaurants with food options such as American, Mexican, German, sweets and pastries, and occasional food trucks. There's also an amphitheater and an indoor theater. There is a small brewery, a sports bar, and a rooftop bar, all of which have great options and awesome service. There's also several apartment options within walking distance of any of the above mentioned. Lastly, there is a greenway start point at this location that will run you through many of the local parks around a 5 mi one-way trip.

Straight to the point ? The low height of the fence on the terrace near the tavern poses a significant safety risk, considering the terrace's height of 15-20 ft. Today, I witnessed children climbing on the fence, which took them only 2 seconds. This situation could have resulted in a serious accident. Thankfully, their parents noticed them quickly. It is crucial that the administration addresses this issue by considering the installation of a higher fence in that specific area to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

The Bowl is a hidden gem. Everything about the area and venue screams sophistication. I attended a private event curated by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and everything from the ambiance, the entertainment and the people was AMAZING. The venue gives an upclose and personal feel. I highly recommend. Rahsaan Patterson's performance and energy was top tier.

Nice venue and area. I love how it's set up. There's not a bad seat in the house and you can see the performer from all angles. I saw Rahsaan Patterson and he put on a great show! Looking forward to other acts here.

Great concert venue! We went to the Switchfoot show and it was such a fun place. The amphitheater had great views no matter where you sit. You can bring in food and rink from the many restaurants and taverns near by. The only tricky part could be parking. There are lots of options but they aren’t very well signed so leave yourself time to find parking.
