If you shut down your system before 6:30 and can’t process a package why are you open till 6:30? I understand it being 5 minutes till close but if you want to close early close at 6pm and process packages till the door is closed.

Always friendly staff. I believe the owner is usually there. Always been staffed with 2+ people when I’ve been there. My favorite UPS store.

The amount of time dedication and focus for 7 shipments, 4 different locations and the urgency around getting the packages on the truck was honestly extraordinary.

This location is always open at the most convenient time and always have the right amount of ppl working I have never but once had to stand in line as oppose to most other ups and here I know I’m gna be in a line evevry single time

There are 2 employees that are there pretty much Monday-Friday...Or at least they are there every time I go. They are both FANTASTIC!! Polite, well spoken and most importantly...EFFICIENT!!
The guy even helped me make my screen brighter to read the Amazon code...Yes, I am old and not quick when it comes to devices...lol!! Top shelf service all around.

The hours are often inconsistent, with the location frequently closing earlier than stated—sometimes by up to an hour. As a local resident who commutes to Alpharetta, reliability in business hours is important.
It’s disappointing when posted hours are not adhered to, as it impacts the trust and convenience that our community expects.
The location at 1498 Buford Highway consistently meets expectations and has been reliable when this location is unexpectedly closed, as they adhere to the posted business hours and will occasionally stay beyond if you call them and it's not an unreasonable amount of time of arrival to their location after thier stated business hours.
This space could be better utilized. Save yourself the trip and drive 10 min down the street

I walked up at 6:28pm with a package already with a label and the guys had already closed and pulled down their gate. They were inside, they knew they closed early.
If you own this business, you should ensure your employees maintain your posted business hours.
