These guys have exceptional customer service. Even when its really busy they maintain their cool and get everyone taken care of.I have been to other UPS stores in the area and their service pales in comparison to what you get at the UPS store in Sugarhill. Great work to the team here!

This is a great store with very good customer service. To those who complained about pricing these people are running a business and this pricing is very standard for this industry and for the lady who complained about tracking issues or lost packages I also have had zero problems with that. If you want problems go to the post office . They lose a lot of stuff

I asked to print 5 color copies of a simple document and was charged $6.31, which included an additional charge of $2 to use their computer to print said document so basically you get hit twice, an exhorbitant charge for printing and then an additional charge to insert a pen drive and hit print on their computer. Never coming back here

If I could rate less I would. I have paid for a mailbox and I am not getting all of my mail or packages. They are incompetent and apparently can't read.

I would of given them a 0 if possible. THIS store has done this to me 1 too many times, especiallyas a small business owner! They take your package, give you the tracking, it NEVER tracks and you call, go online, go back up to this store, and the run around begins again. This is the last time! I have lost a LOT of business , items, and money due to this. It isn't just this store ! It is UPS in general. The clerk at the store literally says, They probably have forgotten to scan it.Another time, " it may of been over weight and put aside." I call, make claims NOTHING works. They do not give money-back, no insurance NOTHING, it comes out of my pocket. I'm DONE with UPS for Good and I haveNO idea on it survives being so incompetent. If you want your package to get somewhere, DO NOT go here OR USE UPS!

I mostly just drop off pre-labeled packages here, and I've never had any issues. My only complaint is that they close at 3:00 pm on Saturday which is an inconvenience.

-100/10. Scammers. Charged $3 for one paper to print. I was charged for blank white sheets. Horrible attitude. Pls learn how to speak to customers before you obtain a job in customer service. Idiots.
